【摘要】：文化生態(tài)學(xué)是一門將生態(tài)學(xué)的理論方法和系統(tǒng)論的思想應(yīng)用于文化學(xué)研究的新興交叉學(xué)科,研究文化的生成和發(fā)展與環(huán)境(這里指廣義的環(huán)境,包括自然環(huán)境、社會(huì)環(huán)境、文化環(huán)境)之間的關(guān)系。文化生態(tài)學(xué)正式誕生的標(biāo)志是:1955年克羅伯的學(xué)生、美國(guó)人類學(xué)家斯圖爾德發(fā)表了他的《文化變遷理論》,并在其中闡述了文化生態(tài)學(xué)的基本理念。國(guó)內(nèi)學(xué)者董健(1993)認(rèn)為,戲劇綜合文化生態(tài)包括內(nèi)生態(tài)和外生態(tài)這互相聯(lián)系著的兩個(gè)層面,是一個(gè)綜合的開放體系。內(nèi)生態(tài)是指戲劇誕生過(guò)程中編劇、導(dǎo)演、表演、舞美、音樂、燈光及效果諸方面的協(xié)調(diào)綜合關(guān)系;外生態(tài)是指整個(gè)社會(huì)“大文化”圈內(nèi)戲劇藝術(shù)與其它文化領(lǐng)域的協(xié)調(diào)平衡的關(guān)系,如它與經(jīng)濟(jì)、政治、教育等領(lǐng)域以及意識(shí)形態(tài)領(lǐng)域其它部門(如哲學(xué)、宗教、倫理)之間的關(guān)系。本研究首先介紹戲劇內(nèi)文化生態(tài)和戲劇外文化生態(tài)的基本內(nèi)容和含義,然后從這兩大方面入手剖析《茶館》的文化生態(tài)特點(diǎn),進(jìn)而分析英若誠(chéng)在《茶館》翻譯過(guò)程中對(duì)其戲劇文化生態(tài)要素再現(xiàn)的情況,并在此基礎(chǔ)上,嘗試建立了基于戲劇文化生態(tài)的翻譯模型:一個(gè)有序二元組。筆者借助翻譯模型對(duì)英若誠(chéng)的譯文進(jìn)行分析之后發(fā)現(xiàn),其譯文并非傳統(tǒng)意義上只有譯文內(nèi)容的“一維”文本,而是一種集內(nèi)文化生態(tài)因素與外文化生態(tài)因素兩方面為一體的“四維”譯本。在時(shí)間軸上,英若誠(chéng)的譯本將讀者拉回到清末時(shí)期至抗戰(zhàn)之后這段時(shí)間里。也就是,借助譯者對(duì)戲劇外文化生態(tài)要素的呈現(xiàn),讀者能夠跨越時(shí)空隧道,飛越到當(dāng)時(shí)一個(gè)個(gè)的社會(huì)場(chǎng)景中。緊接著,在“三維”立體空間上,舞臺(tái)上的表演具體地再現(xiàn)了清末時(shí)期至抗日戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)之后一個(gè)個(gè)場(chǎng)景內(nèi)容,生活在當(dāng)時(shí)時(shí)空下的人物也得到了具體再現(xiàn)。戲劇內(nèi)文化生態(tài)在翻譯中是通過(guò)演員表演的肢體動(dòng)作、語(yǔ)氣變化和措辭的選擇得以體現(xiàn)的。總之,在這“四維”譯本中,戲劇外文化生態(tài)負(fù)責(zé)時(shí)間軸上的對(duì)應(yīng);而戲劇內(nèi)文化生態(tài)負(fù)責(zé)具體“三維立體”的人物表演及場(chǎng)景內(nèi)容。很明顯,戲劇內(nèi)文化生態(tài)和外文化生態(tài)兩方面相得益彰、缺一不可,共同造就了適應(yīng)選擇度高的生態(tài)譯文。從戲劇文化生態(tài)視角解讀話劇翻譯是具有一定創(chuàng)新性研究:一方面,它首次嘗試著將文化生態(tài)與戲劇研究結(jié)合起來(lái)應(yīng)用到翻譯中,是種跨學(xué)科的研究;另一方面,它借助于新建的翻譯模型研究翻譯,通過(guò)對(duì)自定義函數(shù)進(jìn)行賦值等運(yùn)算,生動(dòng)地再現(xiàn)了英若誠(chéng)先生譯本中戲劇文化生態(tài)的要素;另外,此研究中建立的翻譯模型對(duì)譯者翻譯其他的戲劇作品具有一定的啟示作用。當(dāng)然此論文在戲劇文化生態(tài)領(lǐng)域的研究只是起著拋磚引玉的作用,筆者期待著有興趣的學(xué)者或譯者把文化生態(tài)的內(nèi)涵真正應(yīng)用到話劇中,創(chuàng)作出更多的佳作。
