【摘要】： 本文將從四個方面對公共藝術在中國的發(fā)展和建構適合中國國情的運營管理機制加以分析,并探討適合公共藝術在中國發(fā)展的系統(tǒng)。這四個方面包括 ●公共藝術基本概念、特性、緣起與發(fā)展 ●公共藝術在國外的發(fā)展運營機制分析 ●中國走過的公共藝術之路,已有的公共藝術運營機制案例 ●建立符合中國國情的公共藝術運營管理系統(tǒng)
