【摘要】：跨越式停頓是針對(duì)跨越式發(fā)展的弊端而產(chǎn)生的哲學(xué)發(fā)展論和社會(huì)戰(zhàn)略學(xué)�？缭绞桨l(fā)展在社會(huì)制度、文明形態(tài)、自然生態(tài)方面有著與在經(jīng)濟(jì)、軍事、技術(shù)方面完全不同的境遇和效果。無(wú)視這種不同,就會(huì)導(dǎo)致災(zāi)難�？缭绞酵ｎD汲取了跨越式發(fā)展的經(jīng)驗(yàn)和教訓(xùn),提出在別現(xiàn)代時(shí)期中斷前現(xiàn)代的斷代式的革命性思想,認(rèn)為這種停頓和中斷根本不同于技術(shù)性的轉(zhuǎn)型、轉(zhuǎn)向、轉(zhuǎn)彎,而是甩掉包袱、根絕弊端,最終實(shí)現(xiàn)真正的跨越�？缭绞酵ｎD具有階段性策略,也會(huì)在社會(huì)制度、文明形態(tài)、自然生態(tài)和經(jīng)濟(jì)、軍事、技術(shù)、宗教等不同領(lǐng)域有不同的選擇和對(duì)策�？缭绞酵ｎD在文化發(fā)展上反對(duì)超越本土文化自然進(jìn)程的跨越式發(fā)展,主張對(duì)前現(xiàn)代文化遺產(chǎn)在實(shí)體上的停頓、區(qū)隔、固化,在精神上阻斷、批判、出新。藝術(shù)史證明,藝術(shù)流派的出現(xiàn)是跨越式停頓的直接結(jié)果,帶來(lái)藝術(shù)的大發(fā)展。因此,跨越式停頓就是停頓式跨越。
[Abstract]:Leapfrogging is a kind of philosophical development theory and social strategy, which aims at the drawback of leapfrog development. Leapfrogging development has completely different circumstances and effects from economic, military and technological aspects in social system, civilization and natural ecology. Ignoring this difference can lead to disaster. Leapfrogging draws lessons from the experience and lessons of leapfrogging development, and puts forward the revolutionary idea of modern generation before interruption in other modern periods, and holds that this kind of pause and interruption are fundamentally different from technical transformation, turning and turning. But to get rid of the burden, eliminate the drawbacks, and finally achieve real leapfrogging. Leapfrogging has a phased strategy, and will have different choices and countermeasures in different fields such as social system, civilization, natural ecology and economy, military affairs, technology, religion and so on. Leapfrogging in cultural development opposes the leapfrogging development beyond the natural process of native culture, and advocates that the pre-modern cultural heritage should be stopped, separated, solidified, blocked in spirit, criticized and new. Art history has proved that the emergence of art schools is the direct result of leapfrogging pause and brings great development of art. Therefore, a leap-by-step pause is a stop-over.
