【摘要】： 當(dāng)翻譯文化學(xué)派提出文化轉(zhuǎn)向時,翻譯研究便開始關(guān)注影響翻譯的外部因素,于是,處于宏觀層面的譯者、譯入語語境中的歷史、文化、政治等因素就成了研究的重點。操控學(xué)派的代表人物勒費弗爾指出,翻譯就是對原文本的改寫,這種改寫受意識形態(tài)、詩學(xué)、贊助人及論域的操控,其中,意識形態(tài)和詩學(xué)是最重要的兩個操控因素。翻譯活動都會受到所處時代歷史文化語境的限制,特別是處于政治變革中的翻譯活動,無疑具有更為明確的目的性和社會功利性。 論文研究《新青年》的意識形態(tài)和詩學(xué)對其文學(xué)翻譯選材的操控。作為五四新文學(xué)運動的旗幟和號角,《新青年》在譯介外國文學(xué)、提倡新文學(xué)方面作出過巨大貢獻(xiàn)。由于它的文學(xué)翻譯有著明顯的目的性,因此其文學(xué)翻譯選材無不打著它本身意識形態(tài)和詩學(xué)的烙印。 論文首先論述意識形態(tài)對《新青年》翻譯選材的操控,發(fā)現(xiàn)其選材在兩個不同的時期體現(xiàn)了明顯的差別。第一個時期(1915-1917)出于學(xué)習(xí)西方列強、反抗壓迫、推翻舊制、反對舊道德、提倡新道德、追求個性自由與解放的需要,歐美浪漫主義和唯美主義作品成為《新青年》選擇的重點。第二個時期(1917-1921),隨著俄國十月革命的勝利及五四運動的爆發(fā),飽含人道主義與揭露社會現(xiàn)實的作品符合了當(dāng)時的時代需求,因此,俄國文學(xué)作品作為一種激勵的力量得到大量譯介;日本文學(xué)作為一種新國民文學(xué)的典范也備受關(guān)注;同時,出于對弱小民族命運的同情,大量弱小民族的文學(xué)作品也備受親睞,并由此推出易卜生專號。 詩學(xué)對《新青年》文學(xué)翻譯選材的操控主要體現(xiàn)在對體裁的挑選上。為了迎合新文學(xué)運動,重朔我國文學(xué)系統(tǒng),豐富我國文學(xué)體裁,短篇小說由于短小精悍、說服力強而被重點引進(jìn);各種形式的詩歌,如無韻詩、各國民歌等由于樣式多樣,主題豐富也得到大量譯介;為改革舊戲,建設(shè)我國新戲,外國戲劇作為一種模仿的對象成為《新青年》譯者的寵兒。 研究發(fā)現(xiàn),翻譯選材從來都不是隨意的,而是受到機構(gòu)或個人的意識形態(tài)和詩學(xué)的左右,而機構(gòu)或個人的意識形態(tài)和詩學(xué)又不可避免地受到特定歷史時期社會政治觀和文學(xué)觀的操控。當(dāng)然,由于意識形態(tài)也包含詩學(xué)的部分,因此它們對翻譯選材的操控并非獨立進(jìn)行的,很多時候,二者互相交織,彼此呼應(yīng),共同操控著對翻譯題材的選擇,不過,意識形態(tài)的操控作用總是大于詩學(xué),意識形態(tài)對翻譯選材的操控總是壓倒詩學(xué)對翻譯選材的操控。
[Abstract]:When the translation culture school put forward the cultural turn, translation studies began to pay attention to the external factors that affect translation. Therefore, the historical, cultural and political factors in the context of the target language become the focus of the study. Lefevere, the representative of the manipulative school, points out that translation is the rewriting of the original text, which is controlled by ideology, poetics, patronage and the universe, in which ideology and poetics are the two most important manipulative factors. Translation activities will be restricted by the historical and cultural context of the era, especially in the political transformation of the translation activities, no doubt have a more clear purpose and social utility. The thesis studies the manipulation of ideology and poetics on the selection of literary translation materials in New Youth. As the banner and horn of the May 4th New Literature Movement, the New Youth has made great contributions in translating and introducing foreign literature and advocating new literature. Because of its obvious purpose in literary translation, its literary translation selections are marked by its own ideology and poetics. The thesis first discusses the manipulation of ideology on the translation selection of the New Youth, and finds that the selection of the new youth shows obvious difference in two different periods. In the first period (1915-1917), in order to learn from the Western powers, resist oppression, overthrow the old system, oppose the old morality, advocate the new morality, pursue the individual freedom and liberation, the Romanticism and aestheticism of Europe and the United States became the focus of "New Youth". The second period (1917-1921), with the victory of the October Revolution in Russia and the outbreak of the May 4th Movement, the works full of humanitarianism and exposing the social reality met the needs of the times. Russian literature, as an inspiring force, has been extensively translated and introduced; Japanese literature, as a model of new national literature, has also attracted much attention. At the same time, out of sympathy for the fate of the small and weak nations, a large number of literary works of the small and weak nations have also attracted close attention. And from this Ibsen special number. The manipulation of poetics in the literary translation selection of the New Youth is mainly embodied in the selection of genre. In order to cater to the new literary movement, to enrich the literary genres of our country, short stories have been introduced mainly because of their brevity and persuasiveness, and various forms of poetry, such as poetry without rhymes and folk songs from different countries, have been introduced in various styles. In order to reform the old drama and build the new drama in China, foreign drama, as a kind of imitation object, has become the favorite of the translator of the New Youth. The study found that translation selection is never random, but influenced by the ideology and poetics of institutions or individuals. The ideology and poetics of institutions and individuals are inevitably controlled by social political and literary views in a particular historical period. Of course, because ideology also contains poetics, their manipulation of translation selection is not independent. In many cases, the two are intertwined, echoing each other and jointly manipulating the choice of the subject matter of translation. The manipulation of ideology is always greater than that of poetics, and the manipulation of translation selection by ideology is always superior to that of poetics on translation selection.
