【摘要】：荷蘭高羅佩的《棠陰比事》譯注乃其漢學(xué)研究之重要部分。高氏考察比事源頭及相關(guān)典故以示中國司法史之源遠(yuǎn)流長,博大精深;分析評(píng)判中國古代司法體系之長短優(yōu)劣,既高屋建瓴,亦精細(xì)入微;梳理該書之版本變遷及東傳詳贍可信,盡現(xiàn)其文獻(xiàn)功底及學(xué)術(shù)專長,為后來者研究《棠陰比事》奠定了堅(jiān)實(shí)的文獻(xiàn)基礎(chǔ)。其最獨(dú)特之貢獻(xiàn)則在將《棠陰比事》的研究成果與狄公案小說創(chuàng)作完美結(jié)合,使?jié)h學(xué)研究走出象牙塔而為大眾接受,并帶動(dòng)了西方作家吸收"棠陰"養(yǎng)分新創(chuàng)狄公案故事的熱潮。盡管高氏此書出版已近一甲子,其在漢學(xué)研究領(lǐng)域的前沿性及學(xué)術(shù)性,相較于他的性學(xué)及琴學(xué)研究成果也不遑多讓。
[Abstract]:The translation of Gaurope's Tang Yin comparison is an important part of his Sinology study. Gao's investigation shows that the judicial history of China has a long history and is extensive and profound, and to analyze and judge the merits and demerits of the ancient Chinese judicial system is not only from a strategic standpoint, but also from a subtle perspective. Combing the changes of the book's edition and the detailed and credible biography from east to east, the author makes the best of his literature background and academic expertise, and lays a solid literature foundation for the latecomers to study "the comparison between Tang and Yin". His most unique contribution is the perfect combination of the research results of "Begangyin comparison" with the novel creation of Di Gong case, so that Sinology research can go out of the ivory tower and be accepted by the public. And led the Western writers to absorb the nutrition of "Begangyin" the story of the New Di public case upsurge. Although Kao's book has been published almost a year ago, it is no less advanced and academic in Sinology than his achievements in sexology and piano studies.
