【摘要】：高校大學(xué)生藝術(shù)團(tuán)是高校校園文化建設(shè)的重要載體,是實(shí)現(xiàn)素質(zhì)教育目標(biāo)的主要途徑,以提高大學(xué)生的審美能力、藝術(shù)修養(yǎng)為目標(biāo),培養(yǎng)其健全人格為宗旨。筆者針對(duì)當(dāng)前高校大學(xué)生藝術(shù)團(tuán)的建設(shè)與管理中存在的亟待解決的問(wèn)題,從藝術(shù)作品的創(chuàng)新性、實(shí)踐平臺(tái)的創(chuàng)新性、師資隊(duì)伍配置、學(xué)員的積極性、硬件設(shè)施配備等幾個(gè)方面進(jìn)行探究,并闡述了一些行之有效的措施和觀點(diǎn)。
[Abstract]:College students Art Troupe is an important carrier of campus culture construction in colleges and universities. It is the main way to realize the goal of quality-oriented education. The aim is to improve the aesthetic ability and artistic accomplishment of college students and to cultivate their sound personality. Aiming at the problems existing in the construction and management of college students' art troupe, the author discusses the innovation of art works, the innovation of practical platform, the allocation of teachers, the enthusiasm of students. Hardware facilities and other aspects are explored, and some effective measures and viewpoints are expounded.
