【摘要】：筆者通過對比高職藝術(shù)生在文化課學(xué)習(xí)中的普遍表現(xiàn)和國家對高職教育的時代要求,結(jié)合高職藝術(shù)生的特殊性,提出了對高職藝術(shù)生在文化課教學(xué)中的管理策略:通過學(xué)習(xí)管理的制度化、教學(xué)內(nèi)容的規(guī)范化、考風(fēng)考紀(jì)的嚴(yán)格化以加強(qiáng)文化課學(xué)習(xí)命脈中關(guān)鍵節(jié)點(diǎn)的管理;通過改善師生定位、創(chuàng)新素養(yǎng)培育、抓緊課堂考勤以加強(qiáng)文化課常規(guī)課堂教學(xué)中的管理;通過傳統(tǒng)與創(chuàng)新相結(jié)合、課內(nèi)與課外相結(jié)合、理論與實(shí)踐相結(jié)合以加強(qiáng)文化課學(xué)業(yè)考核成績中的管理。這些策略有助于促進(jìn)高職教育"文化素質(zhì)+職業(yè)技能"人才培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)的實(shí)現(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:By comparing the general performance of higher vocational art students in the study of cultural courses and the national requirements of the times of higher vocational education, the author combines the particularity of higher vocational art students. This paper puts forward the management strategies of the art students in higher vocational education in the teaching of culture course: through the institutionalization of learning management, the standardization of teaching content, the strictness of the examination of style and discipline in order to strengthen the management of the key nodes in the study lifeline of culture course; By improving the orientation of teachers and students, cultivating creative literacy, and paying close attention to classroom attendance, we should strengthen the management in the conventional classroom teaching of cultural courses, combine tradition with innovation, combine in-class and extra-curricular activities, The combination of theory and practice is to strengthen the management of academic achievement in culture course. These strategies are helpful to promote the realization of the training goal of "cultural quality vocational skills" in higher vocational education.
