【摘要】：翻譯,是兩種語(yǔ)言之間的轉(zhuǎn)換,是目的語(yǔ)對(duì)原作語(yǔ)言的詮釋,譯者需要使用合適的翻譯方法和翻譯策略,忠實(shí)通順地傳達(dá)原文信息,而不同文體不同內(nèi)容需要使用不同的翻譯方法和策略�！督诸^律師》(The Street lawyer)是一部法律小說(shuō),作者為美國(guó)暢銷小說(shuō)家約翰·格里森姆,小說(shuō)揭露了美國(guó)法律界的內(nèi)幕以及人民大眾的貧苦生活。約翰·格里森姆從事過(guò)法律職業(yè),所以他熟知法律,著作幾乎都是法律題材,因此被稱為法律小說(shuō)作家。他的作品語(yǔ)言流暢,生動(dòng)形象,句式多變,富有幽默感,且作品中含有大量的對(duì)話及人物心理描寫,利用這兩大描寫來(lái)塑造人物形象。《街頭律師》的翻譯實(shí)踐原文本選自小說(shuō)的前四章,其中有大量對(duì)話及人物心理描寫。對(duì)話是推動(dòng)小說(shuō)情節(jié)發(fā)展、交代作品背景材料的重要手段,通常使用口語(yǔ)化詞匯,短小精煉,易于理解。人物心理描寫包括直接心理描寫和間接心理描寫,利用直接或者間接的方式剖析人物的內(nèi)心世界。針對(duì)這兩方面,翻譯時(shí)采用增詞、分句、詞類轉(zhuǎn)換的翻譯方法和直譯、意譯的翻譯策略,力求保留原文對(duì)話特點(diǎn)遣詞造句,選用符合人物身份特征的譯語(yǔ),譯活人物心理描寫,忠實(shí)反映人物性格特點(diǎn),使得譯文讀者和原文讀者一樣,也能感受到原文的精彩。
[Abstract]:Translation is the conversion between the two languages and the interpretation of the original language by the target language. The translator needs to use appropriate translation methods and translation strategies to convey the original information faithfully and smoothly. Different styles and different content require different translation methods and strategies. The Street lawyer is a legal novel written by John Grissom, the best-selling American novelist. The novel reveals the insiders of the American legal profession and the poor life of the people. John Grissom was a law writer because he was familiar with law and wrote almost all his works on law. His works are fluent in language, vivid in image, changeable in sentence patterns, full of sense of humor, and contain a large number of dialogues and psychological descriptions of characters. The translation practice of "Street lawyer" is selected from the first four chapters of the novel, in which there are a large number of dialogues and psychological descriptions of characters. Dialogue is an important means to promote the development of the plot and explain the background materials of the novel, usually using colloquial words, short and concise, easy to understand. Character psychological description includes direct psychological description and indirect psychological description, using direct or indirect ways to analyze the characters' inner world. In view of these two aspects, the translation methods of adding words, clauses, parts of speech and translation strategies of literal translation and free translation are adopted in translation, in order to preserve the characteristics of the dialogue in the original text, to select the target language in accordance with the characters' identity characteristics, and to translate the psychological description of the living characters. Faithfully reflect the character of the characters, so that the target readers and the original readers can also feel the brilliance of the original text.
