【摘要】：本文是一篇翻譯項(xiàng)目實(shí)踐報告。翻譯材料為美國著名作家莎朗·薩拉(Sharon Sala)所著小說《當(dāng)你呼喚我的名字》中節(jié)選的兩個章節(jié):第五章和第六章。此部分內(nèi)容主要講述了女主人公料理父親和哥哥的后事并在重建家園時在腦海中看到一起謀殺事件。這兩章內(nèi)容是推動故事情節(jié)向高潮過渡以及主人公情感發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵。文章中人物刻畫細(xì)膩,情節(jié)流暢,包含大量的心理、對話和動作描寫,句式多變,含義豐富。譯者期望通過此次翻譯項(xiàng)目實(shí)踐,加深對小說特點(diǎn)及情感的體會,提升翻譯水平,培養(yǎng)刻苦鉆研的精神。小說的翻譯需要把握人物、情節(jié)、背景等要素。一方面,原文中包含大量的心理、對話和動作描寫,需要筆者在翻譯時揣摩不同人物性格,結(jié)合語境。另一方面,文章句式多變,含義豐富,要求譯者語法基礎(chǔ)扎實(shí),用詞得體、準(zhǔn)確�；谖恼抡Z言特點(diǎn),筆者以弗米爾(Hans Vermeer)的目的論為指導(dǎo),以原文為基礎(chǔ),有目的地譯出忠實(shí)、連貫、符合文章風(fēng)格的譯文。文章結(jié)合了多種翻譯策略,如增譯法,轉(zhuǎn)換法等,解決文章中翻譯重難點(diǎn)。此次項(xiàng)目翻譯充分表明,翻譯實(shí)踐離不開理論的指導(dǎo),而目的論對于翻譯實(shí)踐的指導(dǎo)意義重大。在目的論的指導(dǎo)下,譯者可以采取不同的翻譯策略和方法翻譯出符合要求的譯文。
[Abstract]:This paper is a translation project practice report. The translated materials are two excerpts from Sharon Sala, a famous American writer, when you call my name: chapter five and chapter six. This part mainly tells the heroine to take care of her father and brother and to see a murder in her mind while rebuilding her home. These two chapters are the key to promote the transition from storyline to climax and the emotional development of the protagonist. The characters in the article are characterized by exquisite description, smooth plot, lots of psychological, dialogue and action description, changeable sentence patterns and rich meanings. The translator hopes to deepen his understanding of the characteristics and emotions of the novel, improve the translation level and cultivate the spirit of hard work through this translation project. The translation of novels needs to grasp the characters, plot, background and other elements. On the one hand, the original text contains a lot of psychological, dialogue and action description, which requires the author to interpret the different characters and combine the context with the translation. On the other hand, the grammatical basis of the translator is solid, the words are appropriate and accurate. Based on the linguistic characteristics of the article, the author, guided by Hans Vermeer's Skopos theory and based on the original text, purposefully translated a faithful, coherent and text-style translation. This paper combines a variety of translation strategies, such as incremental translation, conversion, and so on, to solve the translation difficulties. The project translation fully shows that translation practice can not be separated from the guidance of theory, and Skopos theory is of great significance to translation practice. Under the guidance of Skopos theory, translators can adopt different translation strategies and methods to achieve the required translation.
