【摘要】： 在中國商品市場中有一個特殊的市場——古玩市場。它的特殊性在于其文化氣氛特別濃厚,商品的價值主要不是使用價值,而是收藏價值。在過去的千余年中,由中國政府開始,繼而擴展到民間的收藏行為,一方面保存了中華文化,另一方面促成了古玩市場的形成與發(fā)展。在這個市場上所出售的商品并非大機器生產(chǎn)線上批量生產(chǎn)的產(chǎn)品,而是來自商販走街串巷自民宅收購所得,這決定了古玩市場商品的稀缺性、難以復制和惟一性,當然,這也為仿作和造假留下了極大的空間。 由于歷史原因,中國古玩市場的新生只有短短不到30年歷史,但是,目前市場上已是贗品當?shù)?同屬古玩市場性質的拍賣市場贗品當作真品拍賣屢屢可見。古玩市場的誠信遭遇極大的挑戰(zhàn),收藏者面對現(xiàn)狀止步不前,長此以往,古玩市場將不復存在。 上述問題,單純依靠市場自身調節(jié)難以奏效,必須依靠政府公共部門解決,這是因為,沒有政府所提供的法律結構的保護與執(zhí)行,市場活動所需要的契約安排和交易難以實施。本文分析了中國古玩市場的現(xiàn)狀以及存在的問題,強調政府公共部門在古玩市場發(fā)展中應該起到的作用:為古玩市場發(fā)展提供良好環(huán)境支持。
[Abstract]:There is a special market in the Chinese commodity market-the antiques market. Its particularity lies in its special cultural atmosphere. The value of the commodities is mainly not the use value, but the collection value. In the past thousand years, the Chinese government has started its work. Then it was extended to folk collections, which, on the one hand, preserved the Chinese culture, and on the other hand contributed to the formation and development of the antique market, where the commodities sold in this market were not mass-produced products on large machine production lines. It comes from vendors running down the street and buying houses, which determines the scarcity, difficulty and uniqueness of antiques in the market. Of course, this leaves a great deal of room for imitation and counterfeiting. Due to historical reasons, the Chinese antique market has only been born less than 30 years old. However, at present, the market is already full of fakes. The fake auction market, which belongs to the antiques market, is often seen as a genuine auction. The good faith of the antiques market is confronted with great challenges, and collectors face the status quo. In the long run, the antique market will no longer exist. The above problems, which cannot be solved simply by the market itself, must be solved by the government public sector, because there is no protection and enforcement of the legal structure provided by the government. It is difficult to carry out the contractual arrangements and transactions needed for market activities. This paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of the Chinese antique market. The role of the government public sector in the development of the antique market is emphasized: to provide good environmental support for the development of the antique market.
