【摘要】：尤金?奈達(dá)的功能對(duì)等理論是指從語(yǔ)義到語(yǔ)體在譯入語(yǔ)中最切近自然的對(duì)等語(yǔ)再現(xiàn)原語(yǔ)信息。這一理論在小說(shuō)的翻譯中顯得尤為突出,因?yàn)樾≌f(shuō)不僅是字面意義的表達(dá),而且反映出文化層面、社會(huì)層面的意義。筆者翻譯的兩篇短篇小說(shuō)均出自美國(guó)作家之手。第一篇小說(shuō)為歐茨的《夏日回暖》,主要講述了雙胞胎姐妹被殺害后,兇手卻沒(méi)有得到相應(yīng)的懲治,進(jìn)而反映出美國(guó)社會(huì)對(duì)女性的不尊重和不公平待遇。作者由本篇小說(shuō)來(lái)呼喚政府以及民間對(duì)于女性的關(guān)注。第二篇小說(shuō)為T(mén).C.波義耳的《丑惡》,故事以20世紀(jì)末的美國(guó)社會(huì)為背景,講述的是主人公朱利安在社會(huì)中所遭遇的一系列不公平待遇,并且導(dǎo)致故事最后的悲劇結(jié)尾。作者寫(xiě)這篇小說(shuō)的目的就是為底層群眾伸張正義,以期他們能有公平的待遇。通過(guò)翻譯這兩篇小說(shuō)可以推介知名作家的新作并實(shí)現(xiàn)文學(xué)作品本身的文化價(jià)值。本實(shí)踐報(bào)告分為五個(gè)部分。第一章節(jié)簡(jiǎn)要介紹了該文本和作者的基本情況,以及翻譯該文本的意義。第二章節(jié)為翻譯過(guò)程的簡(jiǎn)要描述。第三章節(jié)為理論框架,主要為功能對(duì)等理論的詳細(xì)介紹。第四章節(jié)為案例分析,主要分析文章在詞匯、句法、篇章以及文化方面的重點(diǎn)及難點(diǎn)。第五章節(jié)為本次翻譯實(shí)踐活動(dòng)的總結(jié)。筆者在功能對(duì)等理論的指導(dǎo)下完成的譯作,可以使得讀者在各個(gè)層面都能較好的欣賞譯文,體會(huì)美國(guó)社會(huì)生活的狀態(tài)以及當(dāng)時(shí)美國(guó)的人文以及社會(huì)狀況,從而進(jìn)一步驗(yàn)證功能對(duì)等理論對(duì)于翻譯實(shí)踐的指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:Eugene? Nida's functional equivalence theory refers to the representation of the source language information from semantic to stylistic in the target language, which is most closely related to the nature of the target language. This theory is particularly prominent in the translation of the novel. Because the novel is not only an expression of literal meaning, but also reflects the meaning of culture and society. The two short stories translated by the author are written by American writers. The first novel is Oates' Summer warming. The main story of the twin sister was killed, but the murderer has not been punished accordingly. Then it reflects the disrespect and unfair treatment of women in American society. The author uses this novel to call the attention of the government and the people to women. The second novel is T.C. Boyle's Ugly. The story takes the American society at the end of 20th century as the background and tells a series of unfair treatment of Julian the protagonist in the society. And lead to the final tragic end of the story. The author wrote this novel to serve the bottom of the masses of justice. Through the translation of these two novels, we can introduce the famous writers' new works and realize the cultural value of the literary works themselves. This report is divided into five parts. The first chapter briefly introduces the article. About Ben and the author. The second chapter is a brief description of the translation process, the third chapter is the theoretical framework, mainly for the detailed introduction of functional equivalence theory. Chapter 4th is a case study. Chapter 5th is a summary of the translation practice. Under the guidance of functional equivalence theory, the author completes the translation. It enables readers to appreciate the translation at all levels, to understand the state of American social life and the humanities and social conditions of the United States at that time. It further verifies the significance of functional equivalence theory in translation practice.
