【摘要】：公共文化服務(wù)的目的是為公共參與提供對象化活動(dòng),不斷提高文化藝術(shù)服務(wù)于公眾的廣度和深度。中國上海國際藝術(shù)節(jié)是國際文化交流的重要載體和平臺,13年來致力于在更大范圍內(nèi)為全社會(huì)提供更高質(zhì)量的公共文化服務(wù)。公眾參與的程度與范圍,由此成為藝術(shù)節(jié)評價(jià)的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和成敗的關(guān)鍵。本文基于第13屆中國上海國際藝術(shù)節(jié)案例,通過大量的調(diào)查(N=4438),客觀地描述了藝術(shù)節(jié)公共文化服務(wù)的現(xiàn)狀與需求,展開了問題討論與對策思考,得出了富于普遍意義和啟示性的發(fā)現(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:The purpose of public cultural service is to provide object-oriented activities for public participation and to continuously improve the breadth and depth of cultural and artistic services to the public. Shanghai International Art Festival of China is an important carrier and platform for international cultural exchange. It has been dedicated to providing higher quality public cultural services to the whole society in the past 13 years. The degree and scope of public participation has become the key to the evaluation of art festival. Based on the case study of the 13th Shanghai International Art Festival in China, this paper, through a large number of investigations (NQ4438), objectively describes the present situation and needs of the public cultural services of the festival, and discusses the problems and countermeasures. The findings are full of universal significance and enlightenment.
