【摘要】：隨著改革開(kāi)放的不斷深入與發(fā)展，從而為國(guó)有化的文化藝術(shù)團(tuán)體的發(fā)展帶來(lái)了新的機(jī)遇，同時(shí)也迎來(lái)了國(guó)有文化藝術(shù)團(tuán)新的變革時(shí)期。我國(guó)政府十分重視社會(huì)主義階段進(jìn)行精神文明建設(shè)，并且與社會(huì)的物質(zhì)文明建設(shè)有同樣的高度，這樣充分顯示出國(guó)家對(duì)相關(guān)藝術(shù)團(tuán)體的革新。伴隨著社會(huì)主義形式下市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)體制變革的不斷加深，我國(guó)社會(huì)主義經(jīng)濟(jì)也取得了日新月異的成就，其綜合的經(jīng)濟(jì)實(shí)力也在不斷地攀升，這樣為國(guó)有文化藝術(shù)團(tuán)的建設(shè)和發(fā)展提供了重要的物質(zhì)性的保障作用。在經(jīng)濟(jì)高速發(fā)展的時(shí)期，我國(guó)對(duì)國(guó)有文化藝術(shù)團(tuán)體的建設(shè)要求為建設(shè)全面性的小康社會(huì)提供重要的精神支撐，而這種支撐隨著人民經(jīng)濟(jì)與生活水平的不斷提升，群眾對(duì)精神層次的重大需求也越來(lái)越多，從而成為了變革國(guó)有文化藝術(shù)團(tuán)的不竭動(dòng)力。其中，在社會(huì)實(shí)踐中，匯集了很多優(yōu)秀的國(guó)有文化藝術(shù)團(tuán)成員也積累了不錯(cuò)的經(jīng)驗(yàn)，為文化藝術(shù)團(tuán)的革新提供了很好的借鑒作用，從而帶領(lǐng)國(guó)有文化藝術(shù)團(tuán)的創(chuàng)新與前進(jìn)。在這些很不錯(cuò)的優(yōu)越的因素促進(jìn)下，對(duì)推動(dòng)社會(huì)主義的精神文明建設(shè)和增強(qiáng)國(guó)有文化藝術(shù)團(tuán)體作品的質(zhì)量和培養(yǎng)更高水準(zhǔn)的文藝團(tuán)體工作者具有重要的意義。本文通過(guò)對(duì)無(wú)錫市推進(jìn)文藝院團(tuán)改制的研究，闡述無(wú)錫市文藝院團(tuán)的現(xiàn)實(shí)狀況，總結(jié)相關(guān)改制經(jīng)驗(yàn)，，分析無(wú)錫市文藝院團(tuán)面臨的主要問(wèn)題，提出改制對(duì)策。
[Abstract]:With the deepening and development of the reform and opening up, new opportunities have been brought to the development of nationalized cultural and art groups, and a new period of transformation of the state culture and Art Troupe is also ushered in. Our government attaches great importance to the construction of spiritual civilization in the socialist stage, and has the same height as the construction of material civilization in the society. The reform of the relevant art groups is fully demonstrated by the state. With the deepening of the reform of the market economy in the form of socialist form, the socialist economy in China has also achieved a variety of achievements, and its comprehensive economic strength is constantly rising, which provides important material for the construction and development of the state culture and Art Troupe. In the period of rapid economic development, China's requirements for the construction of state-owned cultural and artistic groups provide an important spiritual support for the construction of a comprehensive well-off society. With the continuous improvement of the people's economy and living standards, the mass demand for the spiritual level is becoming more and more, thus becoming a country of change. In the social practice, many outstanding members of the state culture and Art Troupe have accumulated good experience in the social practice, providing a good reference for the innovation of the cultural and Art Troupe, thus leading the innovation and advance of the state culture and Art Troupe. It is of great significance to promote the construction of socialist spiritual civilization, to enhance the quality of the works of the state culture and art groups and to cultivate a higher standard of literary and artistic groups. Through the study of the reform of the Wuxi City, this paper expounds the reality of the literary and Art Troupe in Wuxi, summarizes the relevant experiences of the reform and analyses the Wuxi literature. The main problems faced by the art academy and the countermeasures are put forward.
