德萊塞的《金融家》與朱秀海的《喬家大院》商業(yè)倫理比較

【摘要】: 《金融家》是德萊塞的一部偉大的美國商界小說,堪稱空前絕后;《喬家大院》是朱秀海反映晉商的典型之作,隨著晉商文化的興起,越來越受到了世界各國的廣泛關(guān)注。本文作者從商業(yè)倫理的角度對兩部小說作了平行比較研究,通過比較作者旨在加深對兩部小說的了解,進(jìn)一步加深對美國及中國倫理的認(rèn)識,最主要的是通過對影響兩部小說主人公柯帕烏與喬致庸商業(yè)倫理的社會背景、創(chuàng)作背景及作者創(chuàng)作心理的研究,作者指出不同的社會背景,不同的創(chuàng)作背景以及作者的不同的創(chuàng)作心理決定了小說主人公不同的商業(yè)倫理,因此,我們不能用一個(gè)民族的倫理標(biāo)準(zhǔn)來衡量與評價(jià)另一民族文化背景下的人物,這樣做是不科學(xué)的,是沒有任何意義的。 本文作者首先分析了影響《金融家》及《喬家大院》兩部作品商業(yè)倫理的社會背景,創(chuàng)作背景及作者的創(chuàng)作心理;其次,作者從四方面客觀的呈現(xiàn)與比較了柯帕烏與喬致庸兩位主人公所反映的商業(yè)倫理的異同。在比較的過程中作者對兩位主人公的商業(yè)倫理只作了客觀的比較與分析,而沒有褒揚(yáng)或否認(rèn)他們的倫理行為。最后,結(jié)論部分作者指出用中國的倫理標(biāo)準(zhǔn)去否認(rèn)柯帕烏的倫理行為是不合理的,沒有意義的,也是不公正的;我們不能用中國的倫理標(biāo)準(zhǔn)定義柯帕烏為負(fù)面人物,或定義喬致庸為典范式的正面人物,而應(yīng)該客觀辯證地分析他們的倫理行為。作者提倡把人物放于其所處的特定環(huán)境中給與其客觀的分析與評價(jià),而不能用一個(gè)民族的倫理標(biāo)準(zhǔn)去衡量另一民族人物的倫理行為。
[Abstract]:"financier" is a great American business novel by Dreiser, which can be called unprecedented. "Qiaojia Courtyard" is a typical work of Zhu Xiuhai reflecting Shanxi merchants. With the rise of Shanxi merchants' culture, it has been paid more and more attention to all over the world. From the perspective of business ethics, the author makes a parallel comparative study of the two novels, through which the author aims to deepen his understanding of the two novels and further deepen his understanding of the ethics of the United States and China. The author points out different social backgrounds through the study of the social background, creative background and author's creative psychology that influence the business ethics of Cowperwood and Qiao Zhiyong, the protagonists of the two novels. Different writing backgrounds and the author's different creative psychology determine the different business ethics of the protagonist of the novel. Therefore, we can not use the ethical standard of one nation to measure and evaluate the characters in the cultural background of another nation. This is unscientific and meaningless. The author first analyzes the social background, the background of creation and the author's creative psychology of the business ethics of the two works "financier" and "Qiaojia Courtyard". The author objectively presents and compares the similarities and differences of business ethics between Cowperwood and Qiao Zhiyong. In the process of comparison, the author only makes an objective comparison and analysis of the business ethics of the two protagonists, and does not praise or deny their ethical behavior. Finally, the author points out that it is unreasonable, meaningless and unfair to deny Cowperwood's ethical behavior by using Chinese ethical standards, and we cannot define Cowperwood as a negative character by using Chinese ethical standards. Or define Qiao Zhiyong as an exemplary person, and analyze their ethical behavior objectively and dialectically. The author advocates that people should be given objective analysis and evaluation in their specific environment, and not be judged by the ethical standards of one nation.
