彈力帶在少兒女子恰恰舞基本步教學(xué)中的應(yīng)用研究
[Abstract]:This study adopts the methods of literature, interview, questionnaire, mathematical statistics, experiment and so on, and applies elastic band to the basic step teaching of girls' cha-cha dance. This paper analyzes and summarizes the influence of elastic belt on the shape of children and women, the influence of core force, the influence of speed and explosive force, the influence of body center of gravity, the influence of the strength of limbs, the finding and solving of the problem. In order to provide theoretical and practical basis for young women to learn Latin cha-cha dance and improve teaching methods, so that young women can master the basic dance movements and dance technical characteristics more effectively in the shortest time. In the process of learning the basic steps of cha-cha dance, we should cultivate and improve the children's interest in learning, eliminate the psychological factors of boredom and boredom, and make sure that the children do not take a detour in learning dance. The results are as follows: (1) in the basic step teaching practice of cha-cha dance, the young girls aged 5-8 and 9-12 years old have insufficient core strength, poor speed and explosive power, unstable body center of gravity and insufficient arm endurance. (2) in the basic step exercises of the girls aged 5-8 and 9-12, the routine exercises have little influence on the core power, although they have no influence on the core strength. The elastic band exercises are more effective than the older students. (3) in the basic step exercise of cha-cha dance, girls aged 5-8 years and 9-12 years old are quoting elastic band exercises. The effect on speed explosion is more obvious. Compared with students aged 5-8, students aged 9-12 increase their explosive power more rapidly. (4) in the basic step of cha-cha dance, we use elastic band to practice. For girls aged 5-8 and 9-12, the body center of gravity increased significantly, especially for 9-12 year olds. The effect was more obvious. (5) in the basic step exercise of cha-cha dance, girls aged 5-8 years and 9-12 years old had better effects on arm endurance by using elastic band exercises than conventional exercises. Students aged 9-12 years were more effective than those aged 5-8 years. (6) in the basic step exercise of cha-cha dance, the effect of using elastic band exercises to correct the physique of girls aged 5-8 and 9-12 years was better than that of students of 5-8 years old and 9-12 years old. The students' physique has obviously improved.
