高校舞龍運(yùn)動(dòng)隊(duì)團(tuán)隊(duì)文化的影響因素及提升策略研究

【摘要】:當(dāng)今社會(huì)是一個(gè)技術(shù)轉(zhuǎn)型與文化轉(zhuǎn)型的社會(huì),由于社會(huì)需求的變動(dòng),人們必須借助團(tuán)隊(duì)的力量去求得生存和發(fā)展。高校從事運(yùn)動(dòng)訓(xùn)練的學(xué)生,為了獲得運(yùn)動(dòng)成績的提高以及對名次的追求,表現(xiàn)出重個(gè)人表現(xiàn),輕集體協(xié)作,重結(jié)果而輕團(tuán)隊(duì)文化精神的修為。本文運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)資料法、專家訪談法、問卷調(diào)查法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)法、邏輯分析法對高校大學(xué)生組成的舞龍運(yùn)動(dòng)隊(duì)進(jìn)行團(tuán)隊(duì)文化研究,將團(tuán)隊(duì)文化的先進(jìn)理念與高校舞龍運(yùn)動(dòng)的發(fā)展結(jié)合起來,將傳統(tǒng)與現(xiàn)代進(jìn)行融合,旨在提高舞龍運(yùn)動(dòng)隊(duì)的運(yùn)動(dòng)成績,和運(yùn)動(dòng)員的團(tuán)結(jié)協(xié)作能力,研究得出了如下結(jié)論: 1.舞龍運(yùn)動(dòng)是中國傳統(tǒng)文化的一個(gè)重要組成部分,體現(xiàn)的是一種中華民族的團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作精神。在過去的傳統(tǒng)訓(xùn)練模式下,高校舞龍運(yùn)動(dòng)的教學(xué)都是輕精神重技術(shù)。對于龍?bào)w舞動(dòng)風(fēng)格和技術(shù)的發(fā)揮多集中在重復(fù)進(jìn)行技術(shù)改進(jìn),卻沒有把握住主干和核心,即團(tuán)隊(duì)文化的建設(shè)。舞龍是一個(gè)集體協(xié)作的項(xiàng)目,唯有通過思想觀念、思維模式、精神理念的灌輸和培養(yǎng),才能逐步形成具有凝聚力、強(qiáng)作戰(zhàn)力的精銳團(tuán)隊(duì)。 2.高校舞龍運(yùn)動(dòng)隊(duì)團(tuán)隊(duì)文化受環(huán)境、個(gè)人、團(tuán)隊(duì)、領(lǐng)導(dǎo)風(fēng)格的影響。舞龍運(yùn)動(dòng)團(tuán)隊(duì)形成需要相應(yīng)的團(tuán)隊(duì)環(huán)境作為載體,以人為紐帶,以團(tuán)隊(duì)為核心,以領(lǐng)導(dǎo)為導(dǎo)向,根據(jù)舞龍運(yùn)動(dòng)隊(duì)的運(yùn)動(dòng)特點(diǎn)和運(yùn)動(dòng)員的心理需要探討舞龍運(yùn)動(dòng)隊(duì)團(tuán)隊(duì)文化的影響因素,有針對性的提升舞龍運(yùn)動(dòng)隊(duì)團(tuán)隊(duì)文化。 3.沒有完整的訓(xùn)練與管理機(jī)制無法形成優(yōu)秀的團(tuán)隊(duì)文化,針對舞龍運(yùn)動(dòng)隊(duì)團(tuán)隊(duì)文化現(xiàn)狀,提出提升舞龍運(yùn)動(dòng)隊(duì)團(tuán)隊(duì)文化的策略:增強(qiáng)團(tuán)隊(duì)內(nèi)成員的溝通與信任、優(yōu)化團(tuán)隊(duì)規(guī)模和角色分配、完善獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)與考評(píng)機(jī)制、引入團(tuán)隊(duì)拓展訓(xùn)練、設(shè)定清晰的團(tuán)隊(duì)目標(biāo)、加強(qiáng)舞龍文化的民族認(rèn)同感。 4.高校舞龍運(yùn)動(dòng)隊(duì)團(tuán)隊(duì)文化的提升不是一朝一夕的之功。技、理、法三維一體,相輔相成。單純性的重復(fù)技術(shù)動(dòng)作,和高強(qiáng)度的訓(xùn)練負(fù)荷并不能提升舞龍團(tuán)隊(duì)的核心競爭力,唯有正確引入團(tuán)隊(duì)管理機(jī)制、構(gòu)建文化型、學(xué)習(xí)型、創(chuàng)造型的舞龍團(tuán)隊(duì)才可以提升舞龍運(yùn)動(dòng)隊(duì)的生命力,讓舞龍運(yùn)動(dòng)不致陷入以“體”為“全”的體育怪圈,構(gòu)建高校舞龍運(yùn)動(dòng)隊(duì)以“育”為“本”的健康、全能的新犁團(tuán)隊(duì),實(shí)現(xiàn)舞龍運(yùn)動(dòng)員的全面發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Nowadays society is a society of technological and cultural transformation. Because of the change of social demand, people must rely on the strength of team to survive and develop. In order to obtain the improvement of sports achievement and the pursuit of rank, the students engaged in sports training in colleges and universities pay more attention to individual performance, to collective cooperation, to results than to the spirit of team culture. This paper studies the team culture of the dragon dance team composed of college students by using the methods of literature, expert interview, questionnaire, mathematical statistics and logic analysis. Combining the advanced concept of team culture with the development of dragon dance in colleges and universities, combining the tradition with the modern, the aim is to improve the performance of the dragon dance team and the ability of the athletes to unite and cooperate. The conclusions are as follows: 1. Dragon dance is an important part of Chinese traditional culture and embodies the spirit of teamwork of the Chinese nation. Under the traditional training mode in the past, the teaching of dragon dance in colleges and universities is light spirit and emphasis on technology. For the dragon dance style and technology, the focus is on repeated technical improvement, but not grasp the backbone and core, that is, the construction of team culture. Dragon dance is a project of collective cooperation. Only through the inculcation and cultivation of ideas, modes of thinking and spiritual concepts, can we gradually form an elite team with cohesive and strong combat power. 2. The team culture of dragon dance teams in colleges and universities is influenced by environment, individual, team and leadership style. The formation of dragon dance team needs the corresponding team environment as the carrier, people as the link, team as the core, leadership as the direction, According to the sports characteristics of the dragon dance team and the psychological needs of the athletes, this paper probes into the influencing factors of the team culture of the dragon dance team, and promotes the team culture of the dragon dance team. 3. The excellent team culture can not be formed without the complete training and management mechanism. In view of the present situation of the team culture of the dragon dance team, the strategy of improving the team culture of the dragon dance team is put forward: enhancing the communication and trust among the members of the team. Optimize team size and role allocation, perfect reward and evaluation mechanism, introduce team development training, set clear team goals, strengthen the national identity of dragon dance culture. 4. The promotion of the team culture of the dragon dance sports team in colleges and universities is not an overnight achievement. Technology, theory, law three-dimensional integration, complementary. Simple repetitive technical movements and high training load can not enhance the core competitiveness of the dragon dance team, only the correct introduction of team management mechanism, the construction of cultural, learning type, Only a creative dragon dance team can enhance the vitality of the dragon dance sports team, so that the dragon dance team will not fall into a strange circle of sports with "body" as the "whole", and construct a healthy, all-powerful new plough team with "education" as its "basis" for the dragon dance team in colleges and universities.
