軀干支柱力量訓(xùn)練對(duì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)舞運(yùn)動(dòng)技術(shù)的影響研究

【摘要】:標(biāo)準(zhǔn)舞日益增加的難度技術(shù)動(dòng)作和多變的舞蹈風(fēng)格對(duì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)舞選手綜合能力要求越來(lái)越高,在標(biāo)準(zhǔn)舞運(yùn)動(dòng)過(guò)程中,全面且科學(xué)地運(yùn)用舞蹈所需的身體功能能力是標(biāo)準(zhǔn)舞選手提高自身運(yùn)動(dòng)技術(shù)的基礎(chǔ)。標(biāo)準(zhǔn)舞運(yùn)動(dòng)的技術(shù)特點(diǎn)及要求決定了選手的軀干支柱力量成為所需的身體功能能力中的關(guān)鍵。在標(biāo)準(zhǔn)舞訓(xùn)練中合理地制定軀干支柱力量訓(xùn)練內(nèi)容對(duì)選手日常訓(xùn)練的系統(tǒng)化、基本技術(shù)水平的提高、舞蹈風(fēng)格的展現(xiàn)、競(jìng)技水平的突破提供有效的保障。本研究采用文獻(xiàn)資料法、專(zhuān)家訪談法、問(wèn)卷調(diào)查法和實(shí)驗(yàn)法等研究方法,以標(biāo)準(zhǔn)舞技術(shù)需求為切入點(diǎn),綜合專(zhuān)家咨詢(xún)意見(jiàn),合理構(gòu)建標(biāo)準(zhǔn)舞選手的軀干支柱力量訓(xùn)練內(nèi)容,并根據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)原理隨機(jī)選取樣本進(jìn)行12周的實(shí)驗(yàn),通過(guò)對(duì)參與實(shí)驗(yàn)的2個(gè)組進(jìn)行實(shí)驗(yàn)前和實(shí)驗(yàn)后所測(cè)技術(shù)水平的對(duì)比分析,剖析軀干支柱力量訓(xùn)練對(duì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)舞選手運(yùn)動(dòng)技術(shù)的影響。主要研究結(jié)論如下:(1)FMS測(cè)試可直觀且有效的了解選手踝、膝、髖、肩等關(guān)節(jié)的靈活性與穩(wěn)定性。標(biāo)準(zhǔn)舞選手肩部靈活性較好、腰髖部力量較差、膝部靈活性差。加入12周軀干支柱力量訓(xùn)練后選手FMS測(cè)試總分明顯得到提高。(2)軀干支柱力量訓(xùn)練能提高標(biāo)準(zhǔn)舞選手所需身體功能能力,而且對(duì)完成前后分腿蹲動(dòng)作、主動(dòng)直膝抬腿時(shí)解決左右身體不對(duì)稱(chēng)、不穩(wěn)定問(wèn)題產(chǎn)生積極作用。(3)軀干支柱力量訓(xùn)練應(yīng)用于標(biāo)準(zhǔn)舞訓(xùn)練中,一方面可以降低標(biāo)準(zhǔn)舞選手舞蹈訓(xùn)練過(guò)程中產(chǎn)生損傷的概率,達(dá)到較好的預(yù)防效果;另一方面,對(duì)選手的損傷部位恢復(fù)有明顯的改善作用。(4)軀干支柱力量訓(xùn)練對(duì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)舞基本技術(shù)環(huán)節(jié)中重心轉(zhuǎn)移、升降、反身、傾斜、擺蕩和雙人配合技巧水平的提升幫助較大,比未進(jìn)行訓(xùn)練的選手完成動(dòng)作質(zhì)量更高、運(yùn)動(dòng)技術(shù)水平提升更快,特別是華爾茲、狐步、維也納華爾茲三個(gè)舞種中效果更明顯。
[Abstract]:The increasingly difficult technical movements and changing dance styles of the standard dance require more and more comprehensive ability of the standard dancers. In the process of the standard dance, The comprehensive and scientific application of the physical function of dance is the basis for the standard dancers to improve their sports skills. The technical characteristics and requirements of the standard dance determine that the trunk pillar strength is the key to the required body function. In the training of standard dance, the reasonable formulation of the training content of trunk pillar strength provides an effective guarantee for the athletes' daily training systematization, the improvement of basic technical level, the display of dance style and the breakthrough of competitive level. This research adopts the methods of literature, expert interview, questionnaire investigation and experiment, taking the technical requirement of standard dance as the breakthrough point, synthesizing the expert's advice, and reasonably constructing the training content of the trunk pillar strength of the standard dancer. According to the principle of statistics, the samples were randomly selected for 12 weeks of experiment, and the two groups participating in the experiment were compared with each other in the technical level before and after the experiment. This paper analyzes the influence of trunk support strength training on standard dancers' sports skills. The main conclusions are as follows: the FMS test can directly and effectively understand the flexibility and stability of the ankle, knee, hip, shoulder and so on. Standard dancers have better shoulder flexibility, lower waist and hip strength and lower knee flexibility. After 12 weeks of training, the total score of FMS test was significantly improved.) the training of trunk support strength could improve the body function of the standard dancers, and it could also improve the body function of the standard dancers. To solve the asymmetry of the left and right body while lifting the leg on the active straight knee, the unstable problem has a positive effect.) the training of trunk support strength is applied to the training of standard dance. On the one hand, it can reduce the probability of injury in the process of dance training of the standard dancers. To achieve better preventive effect; on the other hand, there is a significant improvement on the recovery of the injured part of the contestant. The training of trunk pillar strength can transfer, lift, reverse, and tilt the center of gravity in the basic technical links of the standard dance. The improvement of swing and pair matching skill level is more helpful than the untrained contestant to complete the movement quality and improve the sports skill level more quickly especially in waltz foxtrot and Viennese waltz.
