西安市少兒體育舞蹈培訓(xùn)機(jī)構(gòu)教學(xué)現(xiàn)狀及優(yōu)化研究

【摘要】:體育舞蹈近幾年來成為一項(xiàng)熱捧的體育運(yùn)動(dòng)項(xiàng)目,并且舞項(xiàng)較多,分為二類,共十個(gè)舞項(xiàng),所以它適合各個(gè)年齡段的人群參與,并在各個(gè)城市逐漸普及,西安市也逐漸成為體育舞蹈發(fā)展城市之一。少兒時(shí)期是少兒身心健康和個(gè)性形成的主要階段,少兒時(shí)期學(xué)習(xí)體育舞蹈對(duì)其一生的發(fā)展有著良好的積極影響。近年來西安市少兒體育舞蹈培訓(xùn)機(jī)構(gòu)發(fā)展較快,對(duì)西安市少兒體育舞蹈培訓(xùn)機(jī)構(gòu)的教學(xué)狀況的研究探討以及對(duì)于更好地開展少兒體育舞蹈教學(xué)、提高教學(xué)質(zhì)量有著較大的意義。本文采用文獻(xiàn)資料法、問卷調(diào)查法、教學(xué)實(shí)驗(yàn)法等研究方法,對(duì)西安市少兒體育舞蹈培訓(xùn)機(jī)構(gòu)的教學(xué)現(xiàn)狀、存在的問題進(jìn)行調(diào)查與分析探討,并提出相應(yīng)的優(yōu)化策略。研究結(jié)論如下:(1)在西安市少兒體育舞蹈培訓(xùn)機(jī)構(gòu)中,教師群體較為年輕,主要集中在20-29歲年齡階段。雖然大部分教師年齡相對(duì)年輕化,但年輕教師對(duì)新事物接受力強(qiáng),每年會(huì)參加至少1次教師學(xué)習(xí)培訓(xùn),這有利于促進(jìn)西安市的少兒體育舞蹈的事業(yè)發(fā)展,并有一定的促進(jìn)作用。不過教師文化水平主要集中在大專,占42.19%,并且大多以兼職主,占65.63%。這就使得西安市的少兒體育舞蹈的教師人員流動(dòng)較大,師資力量相對(duì)不穩(wěn)定。(2)學(xué)習(xí)體育舞蹈的少兒年齡大部分在6-10歲,調(diào)查中發(fā)現(xiàn)男女學(xué)員比例1:4,明顯看出男女比例相差較大。不過大部分學(xué)員是由于自己的愛好來學(xué)習(xí)體育舞蹈,占總?cè)藬?shù)的61.98%,這在一定程度上促進(jìn)了體育舞蹈的發(fā)展,也從某個(gè)側(cè)面說明體育舞蹈在西安市的傳播較受歡迎。(3)從西安市6所少兒體育舞蹈培訓(xùn)機(jī)構(gòu)的教學(xué)現(xiàn)狀調(diào)查結(jié)果可知,在教學(xué)組織形式方面,主要是以班級(jí)授課為主,其中有76.56%的教師會(huì)制定學(xué)年教學(xué)目標(biāo),針對(duì)不同的班級(jí)教師會(huì)制定相應(yīng)的教學(xué)目標(biāo);在教學(xué)內(nèi)容方面,教師主要是以技術(shù)動(dòng)作為主要教學(xué)內(nèi)容,占調(diào)查總數(shù)的81.26%,但很少有對(duì)形體訓(xùn)練和身體素質(zhì)的練習(xí);在教學(xué)方法方面,主要以分解練習(xí)和示范法為主,選擇示范法的教師占調(diào)查總?cè)藬?shù)79.68%,而分解練習(xí)法則為100%。雖然這兩種教學(xué)方法在教學(xué)中優(yōu)點(diǎn)很多,但對(duì)于適合少兒身心特點(diǎn)的教學(xué)方法卻沒有廣泛的運(yùn)用。(4)針對(duì)西安市少兒體育舞蹈培訓(xùn)機(jī)構(gòu)教學(xué)中存在的問題,提出要加強(qiáng)教師綜合能力的培養(yǎng),更新傳統(tǒng)思想、加大招收男學(xué)員。在教學(xué)內(nèi)容中加大對(duì)身體素質(zhì)的訓(xùn)練,并采用適合少兒身心特點(diǎn)的教學(xué)方法進(jìn)行教學(xué),其主要目的是以培養(yǎng)學(xué)習(xí)興趣為主,循序漸進(jìn)的進(jìn)行教學(xué)。(5)通過對(duì)少兒體育舞蹈教學(xué)的優(yōu)化可知,實(shí)驗(yàn)組學(xué)員的學(xué)習(xí)興趣比實(shí)驗(yàn)前增長25%;從動(dòng)作掌握情況來看,實(shí)驗(yàn)組比對(duì)照組測(cè)試的均值多出7-10分左右;在學(xué)習(xí)態(tài)度、學(xué)習(xí)效率以及學(xué)習(xí)質(zhì)量上經(jīng)過和教師進(jìn)行交流訪談,實(shí)驗(yàn)組學(xué)員都得到了顯著的提高。相對(duì)于常規(guī)的教學(xué),優(yōu)化后的教學(xué)確實(shí)有助于教學(xué)效率和學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)能力的提升。
[Abstract]:Sports dance has become a popular sports event in recent years, and there are more dance items, divided into two categories, a total of 10 dance items, so it is suitable for people of all ages to participate, and gradually spread in every city. Xi'an has gradually become one of the sports dance development cities. Childhood is the main stage of the formation of children's physical and mental health and personality. Learning sports dance has a good positive impact on the development of their life. In recent years, children's sports dance training institutions in Xi'an have developed rapidly. It is of great significance to study the teaching situation of children's sports dance training institutions in Xi'an and to improve the teaching quality of children's sports dance teaching. By using the methods of literature, questionnaire and teaching experiment, this paper investigates and analyzes the present teaching situation and existing problems of children's sports dance training institutions in Xi'an, and puts forward the corresponding optimization strategies. The results are as follows: (1) in Xi'an Children's Sports Dance training Institution, the group of teachers is young, mainly in the age of 20-29 years. Although most teachers are relatively young in age, young teachers are more receptive to new things and take part in teacher training at least once a year, which is conducive to promoting the development of sports dance for children in Xi'an and plays a certain role in promoting it. However, the education level of teachers is mainly concentrated in junior college, accounting for 42.19%, and most of them are part-time teachers, accounting for 65.63%. This makes the teachers of children's sports dance in Xi'an have a large mobility, and the teachers' strength is relatively unstable. 2) most of the children who learn sports dance are aged 6-10. The investigation found that the ratio of male and female students is 1: 4, it is obvious that there is a big difference between male and female. However, most of the students came to learn sports dance because of their hobbies, accounting for 61.98% of the total, which to some extent promoted the development of sports dance. It also shows from one side that the spread of sports dance in Xi'an is more popular. (3) from the investigation of the present teaching situation of 6 children's sports dance training institutions in Xi'an, we can see that in the form of teaching organization, it is mainly based on class teaching. 76.56% of the teachers will set the teaching goals for the academic year, and the corresponding teaching objectives will be set for different class teachers. In terms of teaching content, teachers mainly take technical action as the main teaching content. In terms of teaching methods, the main teaching methods are decomposing exercises and demonstration methods, the teachers who choose the model law account for 79.68 percent of the total number of people surveyed, while the law of decomposition exercises is 100. Although these two teaching methods have many advantages in teaching, they are not widely used in teaching methods suitable for children's physical and mental characteristics.) aiming at the problems existing in the teaching of children's dance training institutions in Xi'an, We should strengthen the training of teachers' comprehensive ability, renew the traditional thought, and increase the recruitment of male students. In the teaching content, we should increase the training of physical quality and adopt the teaching method suitable for the children's physical and mental characteristics. The main purpose of which is to cultivate the interest in learning. Through the optimization of the children's sports dance teaching, the learning interest of the experimental group students increased 25% than that before the experiment, and the average value of the experimental group was 7-10 points more than that of the control group. In the learning attitude, learning efficiency and learning quality of the exchange interviews with the teachers, the experimental group students have been significantly improved. Compared with the conventional teaching, the optimized teaching does contribute to the improvement of teaching efficiency and students' learning ability.
