【摘要】：即興舞蹈是一名優(yōu)秀舞者必備的能力,它是對(duì)舞者的感知力、應(yīng)變力、表現(xiàn)力、想象力的考驗(yàn)。它可以帶給舞蹈者從未有過的身心自由體驗(yàn),嘗試著放下思維慣性和身體的習(xí)慣動(dòng)作,嘗試著用肢體探索不同的時(shí)空力,這是對(duì)自我身心的開拓性的再認(rèn)識(shí),同時(shí)也是舞蹈編導(dǎo)創(chuàng)作的有效手段。本文對(duì)當(dāng)前即興舞蹈教學(xué)開展的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了抽樣調(diào)查與問題分析。對(duì)于實(shí)踐中的不足,筆者進(jìn)一步從即興舞蹈的訓(xùn)練價(jià)值與方法展開論述,以期提高對(duì)即興舞蹈在教學(xué)、編創(chuàng)中的意義與價(jià)值的認(rèn)識(shí)。
[Abstract]:Improvisation is a necessary ability for a good dancer. It is a test of the dancer's perception, resilience, expressiveness and imagination. It can bring the dancer a free experience of body and mind, try to put aside the habit of thinking and body, and try to explore different space-time forces with the body, which is a pioneering recognition of the body and mind. At the same time is also the effective means of dance choreographer creation. This article carries on the sample investigation and the question analysis to the present situation which the impromptu dance teaching develops. For the deficiency in practice, the author further discusses the training value and method of improvisation dance, in order to improve the understanding of the significance and value of improvisation dance in teaching and editing.
