廣場(chǎng)健身舞對(duì)中年女性身體形態(tài)及運(yùn)動(dòng)機(jī)能影響的實(shí)效分析

【摘要】:中年女性作為一個(gè)特殊的人群,在社會(huì)中起著承上啟下的作用,不管是工作,家庭,中年女性自身獨(dú)特的身心特點(diǎn),都具有研究?jī)r(jià)值。廣場(chǎng)健身舞與人民群眾的關(guān)系越來越密切,人民群眾運(yùn)用廣場(chǎng)健身舞鍛煉的頻率也越來越高。本文通過文獻(xiàn)資料法,對(duì)比實(shí)驗(yàn)法,調(diào)查問卷法,數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)法等等方法,以河南省洛陽(yáng)市開元湖健康主題公園為中心,對(duì)其中經(jīng)常來參與廣場(chǎng)健身舞的40名中年女性進(jìn)行身體形態(tài)指標(biāo)及運(yùn)動(dòng)機(jī)能指標(biāo)進(jìn)行測(cè)試,通過對(duì)比實(shí)驗(yàn)法以40名中年女性為調(diào)查對(duì)象來分析廣場(chǎng)健身舞對(duì)中年女性身體形態(tài)以及運(yùn)動(dòng)機(jī)能影響的效果分析。身體形態(tài)測(cè)量指標(biāo):身高,體重,腰圍,胸圍,大臂圍,臀圍,大腿圍,小腿圍,BMI,運(yùn)動(dòng)機(jī)能的測(cè)量指標(biāo)用肺活量,脈搏,血壓,臺(tái)階實(shí)驗(yàn)及FMS系統(tǒng)測(cè)試標(biāo)準(zhǔn)進(jìn)行實(shí)驗(yàn)前后對(duì)比分析,分析身體形態(tài)的數(shù)據(jù)變化影響因素,中年女性廣場(chǎng)健身舞的鍛煉程度,提出結(jié)論與建議。研究結(jié)論:1.通過兩個(gè)月的廣場(chǎng)健身舞實(shí)驗(yàn)證明廣場(chǎng)健身舞對(duì)中年女性的身體形態(tài)是具有一定的塑造影響,能夠促進(jìn)健康,改善身體形態(tài),但是不能全面的鍛煉身體各個(gè)肌肉群體,影響因素有廣場(chǎng)健身舞的動(dòng)作編排,運(yùn)動(dòng)負(fù)荷,運(yùn)動(dòng)強(qiáng)度等等。2.通過兩個(gè)月廣場(chǎng)健身舞實(shí)驗(yàn)證明廣場(chǎng)健身舞能夠提高中年女性身體運(yùn)動(dòng)機(jī)能,增強(qiáng)體質(zhì)。3.通過兩個(gè)月廣場(chǎng)健身舞的實(shí)驗(yàn)表明中年女性經(jīng)常進(jìn)行廣場(chǎng)健身舞鍛煉是能夠逐漸培養(yǎng)中年女性參加廣場(chǎng)舞鍛煉的習(xí)慣,普及科學(xué)鍛煉的健康理念,廣場(chǎng)健身舞的普及在一定程度上能夠提高中年女性的身體素質(zhì),以及提高國(guó)民中年女性的生活質(zhì)量水平。研究建議:1.廣場(chǎng)健身舞作為中年女性良好的鍛煉方式之一,應(yīng)該加強(qiáng)宣傳和推廣工作,讓廣場(chǎng)健身舞更好更快的走入中年女性的日常鍛煉生活中去。例如:通過講座宣傳講座講解廣場(chǎng)健身舞的益處,解決參加廣場(chǎng)健身舞運(yùn)動(dòng)中的疑慮,鼓勵(lì)更多人參與其中。2.大力培養(yǎng)廣場(chǎng)健身舞專業(yè)性人才,為參與廣場(chǎng)健身舞的群體提供專業(yè)性意見,同時(shí)能在廣場(chǎng)健身舞的后進(jìn)行過程中及時(shí)糾正鍛煉者的錯(cuò)誤動(dòng)作,為廣場(chǎng)健身舞的推廣奠定良好的基礎(chǔ),從而促進(jìn)廣場(chǎng)健身舞的發(fā)展;需要相關(guān)專業(yè)的人才去講解和普及運(yùn)動(dòng)知識(shí),促進(jìn)鍛煉群體運(yùn)動(dòng)觀念的普及,在運(yùn)動(dòng)前進(jìn)行熱身活動(dòng),在結(jié)束后進(jìn)行放松活動(dòng),及時(shí)做好運(yùn)動(dòng)損傷的防范,更好的參與到鍛煉中去。3.針對(duì)中年女性這個(gè)特殊的群體,希望社會(huì)給予一定的關(guān)注,培養(yǎng)中年女性自我認(rèn)知能力,自我調(diào)整能力。建議政府以及單位開設(shè)中年女性特征相關(guān)知識(shí)講座,普及相關(guān)知識(shí)認(rèn)知度,開展特殊趣味活動(dòng),增加社會(huì)和家庭對(duì)中年女性的關(guān)注度。鼓勵(lì)中年女性學(xué)習(xí)普及相關(guān)知識(shí),進(jìn)行自我調(diào)節(jié)和改善,調(diào)動(dòng)積極參與生活的激情,改善單一乏味的生活,讓自己有所改變,積極面對(duì)生活,愉快參加鍛煉。
[Abstract]:Middle-aged women, as a special group, play a connecting role in the society, whether it is work, family, middle-aged women's own unique physical and mental characteristics, have research value. Square body-building dance is more and more closely related to the masses, and the people use square fitness dance more and more frequently. Through the methods of literature, comparative experiment, questionnaire, mathematical statistics and so on, this paper centers on Kaiyuan Lake Health theme Park in Luoyang City, Henan Province. Among them, 40 middle-aged women who regularly participated in square fitness dance were tested for body shape and exercise function index. The effects of square fitness dance on the body shape and motor function of middle-aged women were analyzed by comparative experiment with 40 middle-aged women. Measurements of body shape: height, weight, waist circumference, chest circumference, arm circumference, hip circumference, thigh circumference, calf circumference BMI. motor function measurements with vital capacity, pulse, blood pressure, The step experiment and FMS system test standard were compared before and after the experiment, and the influencing factors of body shape data change, the exercise degree of middle-aged female square fitness dance were analyzed, and the conclusions and suggestions were put forward. Conclusion: 1. Through the two-month square fitness dance experiment, it is proved that square fitness dance has a certain influence on the body shape of middle-aged women, can promote health, improve body shape, but can not fully exercise all muscle groups of the body. Influencing factors are square fitness dance movement arrangement, exercise load, exercise intensity and so on. 2. Two months square fitness dance experiment proved that square fitness dance can improve middle-aged women's physical motor function, enhance physique. 3. Through the experiment of two-month square fitness dance, it shows that middle-aged women can gradually cultivate the habit of square dance exercise and popularize the healthy idea of scientific exercise. To a certain extent, the popularization of square fitness dance can improve the physical quality of middle-aged women and improve the quality of life of middle-aged women. Study suggestion 1. As one of the good exercise ways for middle-aged women, square fitness dance should strengthen propaganda and promotion work, let square fitness dance walk into the daily exercise life of middle-aged women better and faster. For example: through the lecture propaganda lecture explains the square fitness dance benefit, solves participates in the square fitness dance movement the doubt, encourages more people to participate in. 2. To train the professional personnel of square fitness dance, to provide professional advice for the group participating in square fitness dance, and to correct the wrong movements of the exercisers in time during the process of square fitness dance. Establish a good foundation for the promotion of square fitness dance, thus promote the development of square fitness dance; need relevant professional personnel to explain and popularize sports knowledge, promote the popularization of exercise group sports concept, warm up before exercise, After the end of relaxation activities, timely prevention of sports injury, better participate in the exercise. 3. In view of the special group of middle-aged women, we hope that the society will pay attention to it and cultivate the ability of self-cognition and self-adjustment of middle-aged women. It is suggested that the government and its units should offer lectures on the characteristics of middle-aged women, popularize the relevant knowledge, carry out special activities, and increase the attention of society and families to middle-aged women. Middle-aged women are encouraged to learn and popularize relevant knowledge, to self-regulate and improve, to mobilize the passion to actively participate in life, to improve a single boring life, to make their own changes, to face life actively, and to participate in exercise happily.
