東北地區(qū)拉丁舞培訓(xùn)機(jī)構(gòu)經(jīng)營現(xiàn)狀與對策研究

【摘要】:國家提倡全民健身20年來,全民的健身意識逐漸普及,健身熱帶動了越來越多的人,健身形式以及內(nèi)容趨向多元化發(fā)展。體育舞蹈作為一項(xiàng)集健身、藝術(shù)為一體的新興體育項(xiàng)目,傳入東北地區(qū),深受到了東北地區(qū)人民的喜愛,形成一股熱潮。隨著國家相關(guān)政策的頒布和政府的號召各種大大小小的拉丁舞培訓(xùn)班數(shù)量與日俱增,為掌握東北地區(qū)拉丁舞培訓(xùn)機(jī)構(gòu)的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r,經(jīng)營水平以及規(guī)范東北地區(qū)拉丁舞培訓(xùn)市場提供理論指導(dǎo)與建議,有利于東北地區(qū)拉丁舞培訓(xùn)機(jī)構(gòu)發(fā)展。本文通過文獻(xiàn)資料法、問卷調(diào)查法、訪談法和邏輯分析法對東北地區(qū)拉丁舞各培訓(xùn)機(jī)構(gòu)的經(jīng)營現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行調(diào)查,對其經(jīng)營方式、策略,管理手段以及盈利狀況這幾個方面進(jìn)行深入分析,得出如下結(jié)論:(1)東北地區(qū)拉丁舞培訓(xùn)機(jī)構(gòu)學(xué)員男女比例失衡。(2)東北地區(qū)拉丁舞培訓(xùn)機(jī)構(gòu)區(qū)域主要分布在居民生活區(qū)和商業(yè)區(qū)附近的寫字樓、地下室等。以小規(guī)模經(jīng)營為主,經(jīng)營項(xiàng)目較單一,訓(xùn)練場地設(shè)施有待完善。(3)東北地區(qū)拉丁舞培訓(xùn)機(jī)構(gòu)拉丁舞教練具有年輕化特點(diǎn)。(4)東北地區(qū)拉丁舞培訓(xùn)機(jī)構(gòu)缺乏市場的統(tǒng)一管理,培訓(xùn)機(jī)構(gòu)內(nèi)部管理較松散,經(jīng)營者缺乏專業(yè)知識和經(jīng)驗(yàn)。(5)通過對東北地區(qū)拉丁舞培訓(xùn)機(jī)構(gòu)對機(jī)構(gòu)規(guī)模、師資水平及學(xué)員滿意度的調(diào)查綜合對比發(fā)現(xiàn),東北地區(qū)遼寧省拉丁舞培訓(xùn)機(jī)構(gòu)的綜合實(shí)力最強(qiáng)。:并對東北地區(qū)拉丁舞培訓(xùn)機(jī)構(gòu)經(jīng)營現(xiàn)狀存在的問題提出了合理的建議:1、訓(xùn)練場地的面積設(shè)施要進(jìn)行合理規(guī)劃、利用。2、經(jīng)營現(xiàn)代化手段,建立和規(guī)范管理體制。3、定期安排教師外出參加培訓(xùn),不斷提高教師的專業(yè)技術(shù)水平,教師應(yīng)根據(jù)每個班級的不同情況制定科學(xué)合理的,系統(tǒng)的教學(xué)計(jì)劃。4、加強(qiáng)與學(xué)員之間的溝通交流,增加建議箱,對收到的建議進(jìn)行總結(jié)并調(diào)整。5、注重品質(zhì),品牌,合作經(jīng)營機(jī)制。
[Abstract]:Over the past 20 years, the national fitness awareness has become more and more popular. The fitness fever has led to more and more people, and the forms and contents of the fitness have diversified development. Sports dance as a collection of fitness, The new sports events, which are integrated with art, have been introduced to the Northeast region, and have been deeply loved by the people of the Northeast region. With the promulgation of relevant national policies and the call of the government for Latin dance training courses, the number of Latin dance training courses, large and small, is increasing day by day, in order to grasp the development situation of Latin dance training institutions in the Northeast. The management level and the regulation of Latin dance training market in Northeast China are beneficial to the development of Latin dance training institutions in Northeast China. The interview method and logic analysis method investigate the present situation of Latin dance training institutions in Northeast China, and analyze the management mode, strategy, management means and profit status of Latin dance training institutions in Northeast China. The conclusions are as follows: 1) the ratio of male to female students in Latin dance training institutes in Northeast China is out of balance. 2) Latin dance training institutes in Northeast China are mainly located in office buildings and basements near residential and commercial areas. The Latin dance coach of the Latin dance training institution in Northeast China has the characteristics of younger age. 4) the Latin dance training institution in the northeast lacks the unified management of the market, and the internal management of the training institution is relatively loose. The managers lack of professional knowledge and experience. (5) through the investigation of the scale of the Latin dance training institutions in the Northeast region, the level of teachers and the satisfaction of the trainees, it is found that, The comprehensive strength of the Latin dance training institutions in northeast Liaoning Province is the strongest. The paper also puts forward some reasonable suggestions on the problems existing in the present situation of Latin dance training institutions in Northeast China, and suggests that the area and facilities of the training sites should be rationally planned. Make use of. 2, manage modern means, establish and standardize management system. 3, arrange teachers to go out for training regularly, improve teachers' professional skill level constantly, teachers should make scientific and reasonable according to the different situation of each class, Systematic teaching plan. 4, strengthen the communication and communication with the students, increase the suggestion box, summarize and adjust the suggestions received, pay attention to the quality, brand and cooperative management mechanism.
