民族民間舞蹈教師的專業(yè)素質(zhì)探究

【摘要】:本文中的“民族民間舞蹈教師”特指當(dāng)今高等院校中職業(yè)舞蹈的民族民間舞教師專業(yè)教師,授課內(nèi)容包括各民族的民間舞蹈,培養(yǎng)群體包括民間舞教育專業(yè)的本科生以及在職民族民間舞蹈教師兩部分。運(yùn)用綜合研究的方法,并結(jié)合教育學(xué)、心理學(xué)、教學(xué)法、人才學(xué)等學(xué)科的理論知識(shí),利用前人的研究成果以及當(dāng)代教育觀念的主張,通過(guò)對(duì)“素質(zhì)”、“專業(yè)素質(zhì)”、“民族舞蹈教員的專業(yè)素質(zhì)”三個(gè)層次的分析研究,試圖全面而系統(tǒng)的闡述專業(yè)民族舞蹈教員應(yīng)具備的相關(guān)素質(zhì),以及怎樣在學(xué)院的課程建設(shè)中實(shí)施和培養(yǎng)。進(jìn)而幫助民族民間舞教育工作者客觀地審視和認(rèn)識(shí)自己的長(zhǎng)處和短處,促使其提高思想和業(yè)務(wù)水平。運(yùn)用先進(jìn)的思想、豐富的知識(shí)、熟練的技能、高超的能力,自覺(jué)堅(jiān)持民族民間舞教學(xué)的正確方向,培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的創(chuàng)新精神和實(shí)踐能力。為更進(jìn)一步地培養(yǎng)優(yōu)秀的民族舞蹈教育工作者事業(yè)做出積極貢獻(xiàn),并為逐步完善學(xué)院的舞蹈教育課程建設(shè)提供理論依據(jù)和一些具有實(shí)踐意義的建議。 本篇論文主要包括前言、正文、結(jié)語(yǔ)以及參考文獻(xiàn)四部分。前言部分是對(duì)該篇論文的大致描述,包括選題目的意義、相關(guān)的研究動(dòng)態(tài)以及研究方法 正文部分即全文的重點(diǎn)部分,第一章節(jié)先從民族民間舞蹈教育事業(yè)的發(fā)展歷程為起點(diǎn),以舞蹈教育環(huán)節(jié)的構(gòu)成要素為鋪墊,逐步提出舞蹈教師的重要角色及作用。 第二章節(jié)先例舉說(shuō)明廣義上的舞蹈教師應(yīng)具備的素質(zhì),再逐步深入明確到民族民間舞蹈教師應(yīng)具備怎樣的素質(zhì),為何要具備這些素質(zhì),這些素質(zhì)有什么重要性,并對(duì)當(dāng)今民族民間舞蹈教師的素質(zhì)現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行調(diào)查和分析。尤其是民族民間舞教師的專業(yè)素質(zhì)這一部分,要重點(diǎn)對(duì)其進(jìn)行論述和探析,并區(qū)別對(duì)待廣義上的舞蹈教師的基本素質(zhì)。 第三章節(jié)主要論述如何培養(yǎng)民族民間舞蹈教師的專業(yè)素質(zhì),實(shí)地了解相關(guān)舞蹈教育專業(yè)本科生的培養(yǎng)方案和舞蹈院校教師的培養(yǎng)機(jī)制,指出所存在的問(wèn)題,并提出自己對(duì)民族民間舞蹈教師的培養(yǎng)建議及措施。 結(jié)語(yǔ)部分是對(duì)正文三個(gè)章節(jié)的高度凝練和概括,簡(jiǎn)單總結(jié)之前所論述的觀點(diǎn);參考文獻(xiàn)主要分為專著和論文期刊兩大類(lèi)別。從以上內(nèi)容看來(lái),正文部分無(wú)疑是全文的重中之重。筆者一定會(huì)實(shí)地考察,仔細(xì)采訪,深度分析,全面解答。利用前人的研究成果以及當(dāng)代教育觀念的主張,借鑒相關(guān)專家的意見(jiàn)和建議,試圖系統(tǒng)的闡述民族民間舞蹈教員應(yīng)具備的相關(guān)素質(zhì),以及從宏觀角度對(duì)這些相關(guān)素質(zhì)提出實(shí)施和培養(yǎng)建議。
[Abstract]:In this paper, "folk dance teachers" refers to the professional teachers of folk dance in colleges and universities. The teaching contents include folk dance of all nationalities. The training group includes undergraduate students of folk dance education and in-service folk dance teachers. Using the method of comprehensive research and combining with the theoretical knowledge of pedagogy, psychology, pedagogy, talent and other subjects. Based on the research results of predecessors and the ideas of contemporary education, this paper analyzes and studies the three levels of "quality", "professional quality" and "professional quality of folk dance teachers". Try to comprehensive and systematic elaboration of professional folk dance teachers should have the relevant qualities. And how to carry out and train in the course construction of the college, and then help the national folk dance educators to objectively examine and understand their own strengths and weaknesses. To promote its ideological and professional level, use advanced ideas, rich knowledge, skilled skills, superb ability, consciously adhere to the correct direction of national folk dance teaching. To cultivate the students' innovative spirit and practical ability, and to make positive contributions to the further training of excellent ethnic dance educators. It also provides theoretical basis and some practical suggestions for the gradual improvement of dance education curriculum construction. This paper mainly includes four parts: foreword, text, conclusion and reference. The preface is a general description of the thesis, including the purpose and significance of the topic, relevant research trends and research methods The main body part is the key part of the full text. The first chapter starts with the development course of folk dance education, and lays the foundation of the elements of dance education. Gradually put forward the important role and role of dance teachers. The second chapter illustrates the broad sense of dance teachers should have the qualities, and then gradually made clear to the folk dance teachers should have what qualities, why to have these qualities. What is the importance of these qualities, and the current situation of the national folk dance teachers' quality investigation and analysis, especially the professional quality of folk dance teachers this part, we should focus on its discussion and analysis. And the basic qualities of dance teachers in a broad sense are treated differently. The third chapter mainly discusses how to cultivate the professional quality of ethnic folk dance teachers, the actual understanding of the relevant dance education undergraduate training programs and dance college teachers training mechanism, pointing out the existing problems. And put forward their own folk dance teachers training suggestions and measures. The conclusion part is a summary of the three chapters of the body, a brief summary of the views discussed before; References are mainly divided into two categories: monographs and journals. From the above content, the text is undoubtedly the most important part of the full text. Comprehensive answer. Using the previous research results and contemporary educational ideas, reference to the views and suggestions of relevant experts, try to systematically explain the national folk dance teachers should have the relevant qualities.
