【摘要】:目的:在研究核心訓(xùn)練對拉丁舞選手的作用中,將平衡能力作為衡量訓(xùn)練效果的參考點,通過前后對拉丁舞選手穩(wěn)定性及平衡性進行測量,根據(jù)所得數(shù)據(jù)評定該訓(xùn)練對實驗組拉丁舞選手的穩(wěn)定性及平衡能力影響的效果,為拉丁舞教練員和選手提供參考。 方法:本研究對選取16名在役拉丁舞選手作為測試對象,其中一半為實驗對象,通過訓(xùn)練前、后對兩組選手的穩(wěn)定性及平衡性進行測量通過數(shù)據(jù)來分析得出訓(xùn)練的效果。 研究結(jié)果:第一:核心訓(xùn)練不僅能影響拉丁舞技術(shù)動作的表達,還能在保持良好姿態(tài)的情況下維持重心的穩(wěn)定對平衡產(chǎn)生影響;第二:平衡能力是拉丁舞選手的基本能力,在舞蹈過程中始終要保持重心的平衡穩(wěn)定;第三:經(jīng)過12周的核心訓(xùn)練,對實驗組拉丁舞選手有明顯的影響效果,表現(xiàn)為以下幾個方面:(1)穩(wěn)定性及動靜態(tài)平衡能力與訓(xùn)練前相比也得到了顯著提高;(2)除了整體水平得到提高外,選手各項指標(biāo)的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)差也在縮小,證明選手之間差距經(jīng)過訓(xùn)練也在減;(3)單腳站立時左右方向上重心的晃動通過均值可以發(fā)現(xiàn)略微減小,說明核心訓(xùn)練對身體重心的控制能力加強,身體更集中。對照組選手在實驗前后這兩項測試內(nèi)容上均值并未發(fā)生規(guī)律性改變,且未出現(xiàn)顯著性差異; 結(jié)論:核心訓(xùn)練對拉丁舞選手有重要的作用應(yīng)引起重視;運用定量測試的方法,對拉丁舞選手實驗前、后穩(wěn)定性及身體平衡性影響效果測評。根據(jù)數(shù)據(jù)進行分析可以得出核心訓(xùn)練對于拉丁舞選手的穩(wěn)定性及身體的平衡性有積極性的影響。 建議:(1)通過平衡能力的測試結(jié)果比較發(fā)現(xiàn)同一姿勢睜眼和閉眼狀態(tài)下,無論是實驗前還是實驗后,拉丁舞選手的各項指標(biāo)的均值,,閉眼均遠大于睜眼,說明視覺對拉丁舞選手有較大影響,所以日常訓(xùn)練中增加視覺因素訓(xùn)練對拉丁舞選手平衡能力起到促進作用,進而對一些技術(shù)動作例如各種不同方式的旋轉(zhuǎn)產(chǎn)生影響;(2)通過實驗可以證明核心訓(xùn)練能夠促進選手身體中段的穩(wěn)定性并且改善選手的平衡能力,所以在日常的訓(xùn)練中可以把核心力量訓(xùn)練作為訓(xùn)練手段添加到拉丁舞選手的體能訓(xùn)練中。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the effect of core training on Latin dancers, to measure the stability and balance of Latin dancers by taking the balance ability as the reference point to measure the training effect. The effects of the training on the stability and balance ability of the Latin dancers in the experimental group were evaluated according to the data obtained, which provided a reference for the Latin dance coaches and players. Methods: 16 active Latin dancers were selected as subjects, half of them were tested before training. The stability and balance of the two groups were measured. The results are as follows: firstly, the core training can not only affect the expression of Latin dance technique, but also maintain the stability of the center of gravity under the condition of maintaining good posture. Second: balance ability is the basic ability of Latin dancers, in the process of dance, we should always maintain the balance and stability of the center of gravity; Third: after 12 weeks of core training, the Latin dancers in the experimental group have a significant effect. The stability and the dynamic and static balance ability are also significantly improved compared with those before training. (2) in addition to the improvement of the overall level, the standard deviation of the players' indexes is also narrowing, which proves that the gap between the players is also decreasing after training; 3) when standing on one foot, the sloshing of the center of gravity in the left and right direction can be found to decrease slightly through the mean value, which indicates that the control ability of the core training to the body gravity center is strengthened. The average values of the two tests did not change regularly before and after the experiment, and there was no significant difference between them. Conclusion: the core training plays an important role in Latin dancers; The method of quantitative test was used before the Latin dancers were tested. According to the analysis of the data, it can be concluded that the core training has a positive effect on the stability and balance of Latin dancers. It is suggested that the average value of every index of Latin dancers is much larger than that of open eyes in the same posture, whether before or after the experiment, by comparing the results of the balance test. It shows that vision has a greater impact on Latin dancers, so the addition of visual factors in daily training plays a role in promoting the balance ability of Latin dancers. In turn, it has an effect on some technical actions such as rotating in different ways; 2) it can be proved by experiment that the core training can promote the stability of the middle part of the body and improve the balance ability of the players. Therefore, the core strength training can be added to the physical training of Latin dancers in daily training.
