【摘要】： 普及音樂教育是我國高等教育素質(zhì)教育的重要組成部分，它有著悠久的傳統(tǒng)，在今天又深具現(xiàn)實意義；高校普及音樂教育和專業(yè)音樂教育有著千絲萬縷的聯(lián)系，同時又存在很大的區(qū)別。本文以比較學(xué)的視角，對普及音樂教育的歷史、高校普及音樂教育的現(xiàn)狀和區(qū)別于專業(yè)音樂教育的特點，作了較深入的考察和探索。 文章分為兩章：第一章“關(guān)于普及音樂教育”。在該章節(jié)中對我國音樂教育的歷史和傳統(tǒng)進行了縱向回顧和梳理，并探討了當(dāng)前國情下開展高校普及音樂教育的意義及價值，以及作者對現(xiàn)行高校普及音樂教育教學(xué)的思考；第二章“比較視角下的高校普及音樂教育”。這一章從教育教學(xué)的功能、模式、展開環(huán)節(jié)、特點等四個方面，描述在專業(yè)音樂教育教學(xué)參照下的高校普及音樂教育教學(xué)的特色。重點在第二部分。該部分對概念、目的任務(wù)、課程設(shè)置及教學(xué)內(nèi)容、教學(xué)過程、方式方法、教學(xué)主客體、教學(xué)評價等作了詳盡而深入的闡釋。由此得出結(jié)論，高校普及音樂教育的開展，是全面提升國民素質(zhì)的重要一環(huán)，是整個國民教育體系中素質(zhì)教育的延伸。普及音樂教育教學(xué)最本質(zhì)特色就是其大眾性。大眾性就要求重在提升受教者的內(nèi)在素養(yǎng)，，而技術(shù)層面是次要的或甚至可不作為評價項目；大眾性就要求在教育教學(xué)的開展形式上更加活潑多樣，在評價方式上更加富于彈性。
[Abstract]:Universal music education is an important part of quality education in higher education in China. It has a long tradition and is of great practical significance today. Universal music education and professional music education in colleges and universities are inextricably linked, and there are great differences at the same time. From the perspective of comparative study, this paper makes an in-depth investigation and exploration on the history of universal music education, the present situation of universal music education in colleges and universities and the characteristics different from professional music education. The article is divided into two chapters: the first chapter "about universal music education". In this chapter, the history and tradition of music education in China are reviewed and combed vertically, and the significance and value of developing universal music education in colleges and universities under the current national conditions are discussed, as well as the author's thoughts on the current universal music education in colleges and universities. The second chapter is "Universal Music Education in Colleges and Universities from a Comparative Perspective". This chapter describes the characteristics of universal music education teaching in colleges and universities under the reference of professional music education teaching from four aspects: the function, the mode, the unfolding link and the characteristics of education and teaching. The focus is on the second part. This part gives a detailed and in-depth explanation of the concept, purpose and task, curriculum design and teaching content, teaching process, methods and methods, teaching subject and object, teaching evaluation and so on. It is concluded that the development of universal music education in colleges and universities is an important part of promoting the quality of the people in an all-round way, and it is the extension of quality education in the whole national education system. The most essential characteristic of universal music education is its popularity. The popularity requires that the emphasis should be placed on the improvement of the inner accomplishment of the trainees, while the technical level is secondary or even can not be used as an evaluation project; the popularity requires more lively and diverse forms of education and teaching and more flexibility in the evaluation methods.
