[Abstract]:There are various kinds of disasters in our country every year, and the frequent occurrence of coal mine accidents is a major problem faced by coal mine production safety management in our country. The damage caused by the coal mine accident can be divided into two kinds: one is the material disaster loss, the accident caused people to lose their loved ones and their homes. A great deal of material resources have been lost to both countries and individuals: another injury is psychological trauma. If the material loss can be compensated in various ways in a short period of time, then the injury of psychological trauma is a long-term healing process. The psychological trauma of the affected people is often the most difficult to heal, which has a more direct effect on the future thinking and behavior of the affected persons. Therefore, a new kind of post-disaster rescue measures-psychological intervention study assisted by somatosensory music, arises in this situation. This study takes the psychological intervention of somatosensory music therapy as the starting point after the coal mine accident. The SCL-90 symptom Checklist (SCL-90) was used as a screening and evaluation tool to determine 30 coal accident victims for empirical analysis. 30 people were divided into two groups, 15 in each group, named "experimental group" and "control group" respectively. In this study, 15 members of the experimental group were involved in psychological intervention with music-assisted function and recorded the relevant data. Then, the data were analyzed by SPSS17.0 according to the comparison of the data before and after monitoring between the two groups. The results were compared and referred to each other, and combined with others' evaluation and self-evaluation of post-disaster personnel, the psychological intervention effect of somatosensory music therapy for mine disaster victims was evaluated. The results show that music-assisted activities can improve the mental health of coal mine accident victims to a certain extent. Every factor score and total number of SCL-90 assisted by somatosensory music have been reduced in varying degrees, and the negative psychological state of the affected personnel, such as panic, sadness and despair after the coal mine accident, has been alleviated. This has played a positive role in the mental health of the victims after the coal mine accident and in the future reconstruction of self-confidence, indicating that the auxiliary effect of somatosensory music therapy can enable the affected persons to start a new life as soon as possible and enhance their psychological resistance to stress.
