【摘要】：社會音樂教育是社會教育的重要組成部分，它可以使人們在音樂中獲得美的感受，陶冶情操，凈化心靈，培養(yǎng)社會發(fā)展所需要的意志品質(zhì)、知識和能力。音樂藝術(shù)的特殊性以及兒童正處于對音樂的敏感期，決定了兒童時期是培養(yǎng)對音樂藝術(shù)興趣、愛好、掌握音樂能力的最佳階段，因此兒童是社會音樂教育的主要對象。隨著素質(zhì)教育的不斷深入，，人們對素質(zhì)教育的認識也在逐步加深，越來越多的家長對兒童的社會音樂教育投入更大的成本，這也就促使了社會音樂教育在我國的蓬勃發(fā)展。與此同時，各種發(fā)展中的問題也不約而至。如果這些問題不能夠得到及時解決，勢必會影響到社會音樂教育的健康而有序發(fā)展。 文章主要分為四個部分，第一部分就社會音樂教育的基本情況進行論述。第二部分針對唐山市兒童社會音樂教育的調(diào)查結(jié)果進行了歸納與整理。第三部分，通過對現(xiàn)狀的了解與分析后，找出影響唐山市兒童社會音樂教育開展的因素。第四部分，針對這些影響因素，提出有利于唐山市兒童社會音樂教育開展的合理化建議與對策，希望能夠?qū)和鐣魳方逃慕】蛋l(fā)展提供理論支撐。
[Abstract]:Social music education is an important part of social education, it can make people get the feeling of beauty in music, cultivate sentiment, purify the mind and cultivate the will quality, knowledge and ability needed for social development. The particularity of music art and the fact that children are in a sensitive period to music determine that childhood is the best stage to cultivate the interest, hobby and ability of musical art, so children are the main objects of social music education. With the continuous deepening of quality education, people's understanding of quality education is also gradually deepening, more and more parents put more and more cost into children's social music education, which also promoted the vigorous development of social music education in our country. At the same time, all kinds of problems in the development are not related. If these problems can not be solved in time, it will affect the healthy and orderly development of social music education. The article is divided into four parts. The first part discusses the basic situation of social music education. The second part summarizes and arranges the investigation results of children's social music education in Tangshan City. The third part, through the understanding and analysis of the present situation, find out the factors that influence the development of children's social music education in Tangshan City. The fourth part, in view of these influence factors, puts forward the rationalization suggestion and the countermeasure which is advantageous to the development of the children's social music education in Tangshan city, hoping to provide the theory support for the healthy development of the children's social music education.
