【摘要】:教育部2004年4月15日印發(fā)的《全國(guó)普通高校藝術(shù)教育工作研討會(huì)紀(jì)要》指出:“普通高校藝術(shù)教育要堅(jiān)持以育人為本的宗旨,堅(jiān)持藝術(shù)教育的公平性。”“要讓每一個(gè)學(xué)生都得到藝術(shù)的熏陶,提升審美素質(zhì),形成健全的人格! 音樂(lè)素質(zhì)教育是為了培養(yǎng)全面發(fā)展的高素質(zhì)人才的教育,是指通過(guò)音樂(lè)知識(shí)的講授,運(yùn)用音樂(lè)欣賞、樂(lè)器演奏和歌唱音樂(lè)等手段,著重對(duì)學(xué)生進(jìn)行的情操教育,是集欣賞、娛樂(lè)、基本知識(shí)于一體的教育,其目的是通過(guò)音樂(lè)教育的滲透,優(yōu)化學(xué)生的知識(shí)結(jié)構(gòu),提高學(xué)生的審美能力和音樂(lè)欣賞水平,陶冶學(xué)生的情操,塑造學(xué)生的人格,發(fā)展學(xué)生的創(chuàng)新思維,使學(xué)生成為德智體美全面發(fā)展的人。 本文對(duì)理工類高職院學(xué)生音樂(lè)素質(zhì)教育現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了調(diào)查分析,指出了理工類高職院音樂(lè)素質(zhì)教育方面存在的不足,如學(xué)生音樂(lè)基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)薄弱、音樂(lè)鑒賞水平偏低、器樂(lè)辨識(shí)與演奏能力欠缺、音樂(lè)演唱能力不強(qiáng),理工類高職院對(duì)音樂(lè)素質(zhì)教育重視程度不高、課程設(shè)置欠佳、師資力量薄弱等。 在充分調(diào)查分析的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了加強(qiáng)和改進(jìn)理工類高職院學(xué)生音樂(lè)素質(zhì)教育的對(duì)策:一要轉(zhuǎn)變觀念,提高思想認(rèn)識(shí),圍繞“培養(yǎng)什么樣的人,怎么培養(yǎng)人”這一核心問(wèn)題,注重人的全面發(fā)展,針對(duì)以往普遍存在的重知識(shí)輕能力、重科技輕人文的問(wèn)題,在教育模式上實(shí)現(xiàn)由專業(yè)教育向素質(zhì)教育的轉(zhuǎn)化,在思想認(rèn)識(shí)上實(shí)現(xiàn)由音樂(lè)素質(zhì)教育邊緣化向師生達(dá)成共識(shí)并積極參與的轉(zhuǎn)變,通過(guò)音樂(lè)素質(zhì)教育對(duì)青年學(xué)生進(jìn)行情感、意志、興趣、理想、信仰等綜合素質(zhì)的教育;二要深化改革,完善課程體系,加強(qiáng)音樂(lè)素質(zhì)教育課程建設(shè),開(kāi)設(shè)音樂(lè)基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)、音樂(lè)作品鑒賞和音樂(lè)藝術(shù)實(shí)踐類課程,并積極探索、構(gòu)建音樂(lè)與理工類學(xué)科相交叉的課程;三要?jiǎng)?chuàng)新方法,拓展教育空間,精心設(shè)計(jì)校園聲景、創(chuàng)新課堂實(shí)踐教學(xué)、成立藝術(shù)團(tuán)體、舉辦文藝活動(dòng)和音樂(lè)講座、繼續(xù)深入推進(jìn)高雅藝術(shù)進(jìn)校園,營(yíng)造良好的音樂(lè)素質(zhì)教育環(huán)境;四要優(yōu)化結(jié)構(gòu),提高師資素質(zhì),建設(shè)一支相對(duì)穩(wěn)定、專兼結(jié)合、師德高尚、素質(zhì)優(yōu)良、業(yè)務(wù)精湛、結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化,適應(yīng)人的全面發(fā)展要求,滿足理工類高職院音樂(lè)素質(zhì)教育需要的高水平的師資隊(duì)伍;五要?jiǎng)?wù)求實(shí)效,重視考核評(píng)價(jià),從教育條件、教育過(guò)程和教育效果三個(gè)方面對(duì)音樂(lè)素質(zhì)教育進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià),確保音樂(lè)素質(zhì)教育取得實(shí)效,不斷提高音樂(lè)素質(zhì)教育水平。
[Abstract]:The Summary of the National Symposium on Art Education in Colleges and Universities, issued by the Ministry of Education on April 15th 2004, points out: "Art education in colleges and universities should adhere to the aim of educating people." Adhere to the fairness of art education. "We should let every student get the edification of art, improve aesthetic quality and form a sound personality." Music quality-oriented education is to train all-round development of high-quality talent education, refers to the teaching of music knowledge, the use of music appreciation, musical instrument playing and singing music and other means, focusing on the students' emotional education, is a collection of appreciation, The purpose of the education of entertainment and basic knowledge is to optimize the students' knowledge structure, improve the students' aesthetic ability and the level of music appreciation, cultivate the students' sentiment and shape the students' personality through the infiltration of the music education, the purpose of which is to optimize the students' knowledge structure, improve the students' aesthetic ability and the level of music appreciation. Develop students' innovative thinking, make students become moral, intellectual, physical and aesthetic all-round development of the person. This paper makes an investigation and analysis on the present situation of music quality education for students in higher vocational colleges of science and technology, and points out the shortcomings of music quality education in higher vocational colleges of science and technology, such as the weak basic knowledge of music and the low level of music appreciation. The instrumental music recognition and performance ability, the music singing ability is not strong, the science and technology higher vocational college pays little attention to the music quality education, the curriculum is not good, the teacher strength is weak, and so on. On the basis of full investigation and analysis, this paper puts forward some countermeasures to strengthen and improve the music quality education of students in higher vocational colleges of science and technology: first, we should change our ideas, raise our ideological understanding, and focus on the core question of "what kind of person to train and how to train people". Focusing on the all-round development of human beings, aiming at the existing problems of attaching importance to knowledge and ability, science and technology, and humanity, the transformation from professional education to quality education has been realized in the educational model. To realize the transformation from music quality education marginalization to teachers and students' consensus and actively participate in the ideological understanding, through music quality education to young students' emotion, will, interest, ideal, belief and so on comprehensive quality education; Second, we should deepen the reform, perfect the curriculum system, strengthen the construction of music quality education curriculum, set up music basic knowledge, music works appreciation and music art practice courses, and actively explore and construct the intersecting courses of music and science. Third, it is necessary to innovate methods, expand educational space, meticulously design the sound scene of the campus, innovate classroom practice teaching, set up art groups, hold literary and artistic activities and music lectures, and continue to promote elegant art into the campus. Fourth, we should optimize the structure, improve the quality of teachers, build a relatively stable, specialized and combined team, with high moral integrity, excellent quality, consummate professional skills, structural optimization, and adapt to the overall development requirements of human beings. To meet the needs of high level teachers of music quality education in higher vocational colleges of science and technology, fifthly, to seek practical results, attach importance to assessment and evaluation, and evaluate music quality education from three aspects: educational conditions, educational process and educational effects. To ensure that music quality education to achieve practical results, constantly improve the level of music quality education.
