【摘要】：正2013年4月29—5月1日,由中國(guó)音協(xié)管樂學(xué)會(huì)和中共上海市楊浦區(qū)委、區(qū)政府等12家單位聯(lián)合主辦的中華號(hào)角——上海國(guó)際管樂藝術(shù)節(jié)在滬舉行。本屆管樂藝術(shù)節(jié)涵蓋開幕黃浦江大巡游、管樂嘉年華、中外行進(jìn)管樂表演專場(chǎng)、全國(guó)非職業(yè)優(yōu)秀行進(jìn)管樂展演等四大板塊,來自歐洲、大洋洲、亞洲和國(guó)內(nèi)五十余支管樂團(tuán)隊(duì),逾三千五百名樂手參加演出。據(jù)中國(guó)管樂學(xué)會(huì)主席于海介紹,本屆管樂節(jié)呈現(xiàn)四個(gè)特點(diǎn):一是惠民導(dǎo)向愈加凸顯。
[Abstract]:From April 29 to May 1, 2013, the Shanghai International Wind Music Festival, jointly sponsored by the Chinese Audio Association, the Shanghai Yangpu District Committee and the District Government, was held in Shanghai. The festival includes the opening of the Huangpu River Parade, the Wind Carnival, the special performance of Chinese and foreign marching wind music, and the national non-professional excellent marching orchestra exhibition, etc., from Europe, Oceania, Asia and China, more than 50 orchestra teams. More than 3500 musicians took part in the performance. According to Yu Hai, president of the Chinese Philharmonic Society, the festival presents four features: first, the guidance of the people is increasingly prominent.
