【摘要】：正以1978年底召開的中共十一屆三中全會為"社會主義現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)新時期"起點的標(biāo)志,"改革開放"的國策為"文革"結(jié)束不久百業(yè)待興的中國帶來了歷史發(fā)展的新機。
[Abstract]:Taking the third Plenary session of the 11th CPC Central Committee held at the end of 1978 as the starting point of "the new period of socialist modernization", the national policy of "reform and opening up" has brought a new opportunity for the historical development of China, which has not long since the end of the Cultural Revolution.
