【摘要】：胡錦濤總書記在十七大上強(qiáng)調(diào),“育人為本”是我國學(xué)校教育的根本任務(wù)。當(dāng)前國際社會間的競爭也逐漸轉(zhuǎn)向以提高各國國民素質(zhì)、國民能力為主要戰(zhàn)略,歸根結(jié)底,是高素質(zhì)創(chuàng)新型人才的競爭。而“以美育人”的音樂教育是學(xué)校素質(zhì)教育不可或缺的組成部分。因此,音樂教育“以美育人”和學(xué)校教育“育人為本”應(yīng)該和諧地統(tǒng)一于教育教學(xué)之中。那么,如何實現(xiàn)二者間的完美融合,以推動人的全面發(fā)展呢?筆者認(rèn)為,只有在教學(xué)中提倡實施自主學(xué)習(xí)的理念、策略和方法,才‘能更好地發(fā)展人的素質(zhì)和能力。 本課題圍繞如何將“自主學(xué)習(xí)”合理有效地運用于高職院校普通音樂教育的關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié),作了些有益的探索,主要采用經(jīng)驗總結(jié)法、文獻(xiàn)收集法、邏輯思辯法、訪談?wù){(diào)查法、行動研究法等研究方法,從多角度深層次對高職院校普通音樂教育自主學(xué)習(xí)進(jìn)行了分析和論述,旨在論證高職院校提倡音樂自主學(xué)習(xí)的可能性和必要性,得出了高職院校普通音樂教育自主學(xué)習(xí)可操作性的基本策略,課堂音樂自主學(xué)習(xí)的教學(xué)模式及其特點,理清高職院校音樂教師應(yīng)具備的基本素質(zhì)。
[Abstract]:General Secretary Hu Jintao stressed at the 17th National Congress that educating people is the fundamental task of school education in China. At present, the competition among the international community has gradually turned to the improvement of national quality and national ability as the main strategy. In the final analysis, it is the competition of high-quality innovative talents. The music education of aesthetic education is an indispensable part of quality education in schools. Therefore, music education and school education should harmoniously unify in education and teaching. So, how to achieve the perfect integration between the two, in order to promote the overall development of people? The author thinks that only by promoting the concept, strategy and method of autonomous learning in teaching can we develop people's quality and ability better. This topic revolves around how to apply "independent learning" to the key link of ordinary music education in higher vocational colleges reasonably and effectively. It mainly adopts the methods of experience summary, literature collection, logical thinking, interview and investigation. This paper analyzes and discusses the independent learning of ordinary music education in higher vocational colleges from various angles, such as action research method, in order to demonstrate the possibility and necessity of advocating music autonomous learning in higher vocational colleges. In this paper, the basic strategies of independent learning in general music education in higher vocational colleges, the teaching mode and characteristics of music autonomous learning in classroom are obtained, and the basic qualities of music teachers in higher vocational colleges are clarified.
