【摘要】：正前蘇聯(lián)教育學(xué)家霍姆林斯基曾說(shuō)過(guò):教育的特殊目的就是發(fā)展智力,培養(yǎng)聰明人。伴隨著現(xiàn)代社會(huì)的迅猛發(fā)展和時(shí)代的飛速進(jìn)步,高師藝術(shù)教育既迎來(lái)了難得的機(jī)遇,也面臨著很大的挑戰(zhàn)。蘇霍姆林斯基的話(huà)對(duì)于我們高師藝術(shù)教育的從業(yè)者具有很大的啟發(fā)意義。筆者長(zhǎng)期從事鋼琴藝術(shù)的教學(xué)活動(dòng),認(rèn)為在當(dāng)前的社會(huì)背景和教育環(huán)境下,我們?cè)谝痪�(xiàn)從事教學(xué)的老師,既要在教學(xué)上有所創(chuàng)新,也要在學(xué)生的就業(yè)指導(dǎo)方面進(jìn)行探索、創(chuàng)新
