【摘要】：作者通過不同層面的探討,集中論述了關(guān)于音樂劇音樂指導(dǎo)所必須具備的素質(zhì)。文章指出作為音樂劇主創(chuàng)團(tuán)隊(duì)的一員,音樂劇音樂指導(dǎo)必須是全面的音樂家,而這是由音樂劇這一"特殊的"戲劇表演形式所要求。由于工作的"特殊性"對(duì)于音樂指導(dǎo)的工作能力具有極大的挑戰(zhàn)性,面對(duì)如此高度復(fù)雜的工作性質(zhì),音樂指導(dǎo)自身所具備的工作能力應(yīng)包括指揮的技術(shù)、鍵盤的演奏、歌唱的技巧、表演的能力、淵博的知識(shí)以及對(duì)于舞蹈的了解。擁有良好的人際關(guān)系溝通能力也是音樂指導(dǎo)去勝任這一職責(zé)必須具備的。為了實(shí)現(xiàn)劇目制作的成功,音樂指導(dǎo)所承擔(dān)的最大的職責(zé)是用清醒的、開放的和集中的頭腦去指導(dǎo)音樂。
