【摘要】：本文以對(duì)高職音樂(lè)專業(yè)教育的現(xiàn)狀、當(dāng)今社會(huì)對(duì)音樂(lè)人才的需求分析為切入點(diǎn),提出了合理確立高職音樂(lè)專業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)、學(xué)生就業(yè)規(guī)格,課程設(shè)置適應(yīng)市場(chǎng)化理念等觀點(diǎn),對(duì)實(shí)踐型人才的職業(yè)能力、綜合素質(zhì)培養(yǎng)等幾方面的改革進(jìn)行了探討。
[Abstract]:Based on the current situation of music education in higher vocational education and the analysis of the demand for music talents in the society today, this paper puts forward some viewpoints, such as the reasonable establishment of the training goal of music professionals in higher vocational education, the employment specifications of students, the adaptation of curriculum design to the market-oriented concept, and so on. This paper probes into the reform of professional ability and comprehensive quality training of practical talents.
