【摘要】：身體與休閑是密不可分的兩個概念,也是身體美學(xué)和休閑美學(xué)的兩個核心范疇。身體美學(xué)是以藝術(shù)為中心研究人對自身存在的審美關(guān)系的科學(xué),在審美關(guān)系中,人的身體應(yīng)該具有三個層次:物質(zhì)身體或者肉體身體,符號身體,精神身體,人的身體美應(yīng)該也有這三個層次的內(nèi)涵:物質(zhì)身體美,符號身體美,精神身體美,最理想的應(yīng)該是三者統(tǒng)一的身體整體美。休閑美學(xué)是以藝術(shù)為中心研究人對非實(shí)用性現(xiàn)實(shí)生活的審美關(guān)系的科學(xué),人對現(xiàn)實(shí)的審美關(guān)系的超越功利性、外觀形象性、情感感染性規(guī)定了休閑美的功利性和非功利性相統(tǒng)一、合規(guī)律性和合目的性相統(tǒng)一、個體性和社會性相統(tǒng)一的自由創(chuàng)造性。因此,在身體美學(xué)和休閑美學(xué)的共同視野下,休閑活動實(shí)踐必須關(guān)注物質(zhì)身體、符號身體、精神身體的整體全面發(fā)展,并且一定要遏制物質(zhì)身體欲望化的縱欲主義,防止符號身體消費(fèi)化的過度消費(fèi),阻止精神身體平庸化的"三俗"("庸俗、低俗、媚俗")時尚,努力提倡在休閑生活實(shí)踐中全面發(fā)展人的身體,做到物質(zhì)身體、符號身體、精神身體的整體平衡,和諧發(fā)展,自由展現(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:Body and leisure are two inseparable concepts, as well as two core categories of body aesthetics and leisure aesthetics. Physical aesthetics is a science in which art is the center to study the aesthetic relationship of human being. In the aesthetic relationship, the human body should have three levels: the material body or the physical body, the symbolic body, the spiritual body, the body of the body, and the body. Human body beauty should also have these three levels of connotation: material body beauty, symbol body beauty, spiritual body beauty, the most ideal should be the unity of the whole beauty of the three bodies. Leisure aesthetics is the science of studying the aesthetic relationship between human beings and non-practical life based on art. The aesthetic relationship of human beings to reality transcends utilitarianism and appearance. Emotional infectivity provides for the unity of utilitarian and non-utilitarian beauty of leisure, the unity of regularity and purpose of sex, and the unity of individual and social freedom and creativity. Therefore, under the common vision of body aesthetics and leisure aesthetics, the practice of leisure activities must pay attention to the overall development of material body, symbolic body and spiritual body, and must contain the stoicism of material body desire. Prevent the excessive consumption of symbol body consumption, prevent the "three vulgar" ("vulgar, vulgar") fashion of spiritual body mediocrity, strive to promote the comprehensive development of human body in the practice of leisure life, achieve material body, symbol body, The overall balance of the spirit and body, harmonious development, free display.
