【摘要】：美的規(guī)律就是實(shí)踐-創(chuàng)造的自由法則。美的規(guī)律首先是在人類的物質(zhì)生產(chǎn)之中形成的創(chuàng)造性自由法則,也就是物質(zhì)生產(chǎn)之中生產(chǎn)者按照自然界的“物種尺度”和“人的尺度”來進(jìn)行的創(chuàng)造性自由程度。從物質(zhì)生產(chǎn)的“按照美的規(guī)律來建造”到話語生產(chǎn)的自由創(chuàng)造,人類的實(shí)踐活動(dòng)逐步擴(kuò)展到精神領(lǐng)域,形成了符號(hào)創(chuàng)造的自由法則,人對(duì)現(xiàn)實(shí)的審美關(guān)系也由物質(zhì)的、現(xiàn)實(shí)的領(lǐng)域拓展到象征、移情等符號(hào)化、非現(xiàn)實(shí)的領(lǐng)域,生成了審美符號(hào)的創(chuàng)造性自由法則,從而使得人類的實(shí)踐活動(dòng)生成為審美活動(dòng)。從話語實(shí)踐的自由創(chuàng)造到精神生產(chǎn)的自由創(chuàng)造,人類的實(shí)踐活動(dòng)生成了比較純粹的審美活動(dòng)———審美意識(shí)形態(tài),即文學(xué)藝術(shù),審美意識(shí)形態(tài)的創(chuàng)造性自由法則就是純粹的“美的規(guī)律”。不同形態(tài)的實(shí)踐-創(chuàng)造的自由法則適用于不同形態(tài)的審美活動(dòng),反之物質(zhì)性審美活動(dòng)、符號(hào)化審美活動(dòng)、意識(shí)形態(tài)審美活動(dòng)的自由程度又生成不同的“美的規(guī)律”,不斷推進(jìn)人類的自由全面發(fā)展,逐漸走向人類日常生活的審美化,實(shí)現(xiàn)人與自然、人與他人(社會(huì))、人與自我的全面協(xié)調(diào)、可持續(xù)發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:The law of beauty is the free law of practice-creation. The law of beauty is, first of all, the creative freedom law formed in the material production of human beings, that is, the degree of creative freedom of the producers in the material production according to the "species scale" and "human scale" of nature. From the "building according to the law of beauty" of material production to the free creation of discourse production, the practical activities of human beings gradually extend to the spiritual field, forming the free law of symbol creation, and the aesthetic relationship between human beings and reality is also material. The realm of reality extends to symbolization, empathy and other symbolic, non-realistic fields, which produces the creative free law of aesthetic symbols, which makes the practical activities of human beings become aesthetic activities. From the free creation of discourse practice to the free creation of spiritual production, the practical activities of human beings produce a relatively pure aesthetic activity-aesthetic ideology, that is, literature and art. The law of creative freedom of aesthetic ideology is pure "law of beauty". The law of freedom of practice and creation in different forms is applicable to different forms of aesthetic activities, whereas the free degree of material aesthetic activities, symbolic aesthetic activities and ideological aesthetic activities produces different "laws of beauty". We should promote the free and all-round development of human beings step by step to the aestheticization of human daily life and realize the overall coordination between man and nature and between man and others (society) and between human beings and self so as to achieve sustainable development.
