【摘要】：黨的十七大報(bào)告第一次提出"生態(tài)文明建設(shè)"重要論斷,將其作為建設(shè)社會(huì)主義小康社會(huì)的新要求與新目標(biāo)。其中包含對(duì)傳統(tǒng)發(fā)展模式的反思、對(duì)"以人為本"原則的貫徹、生態(tài)文明與經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展以及科技的關(guān)系、生態(tài)文明建設(shè)的措施、五個(gè)重要轉(zhuǎn)變等內(nèi)容。當(dāng)代社會(huì)主義生態(tài)文明建設(shè)的理論指導(dǎo)、現(xiàn)實(shí)依據(jù)、基本原則和發(fā)展方向?qū)ι鷳B(tài)美學(xué)建設(shè)具有極為重要的指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:For the first time, the report of the 17th National Congress of the Communist Party of China (CPC) put forward the important conclusion of "Construction of Ecological Civilization" as a new requirement and goal for building a well-off socialist society. It includes the reflection on the traditional development mode, the implementation of the principle of "people-oriented", the relationship between ecological civilization and economic development and science and technology, the measures for the construction of ecological civilization, and the five important changes. The theoretical guidance, realistic basis, basic principle and development direction of the construction of contemporary socialist ecological civilization are of great significance to the construction of ecological aesthetics.
