【摘要】：正使權(quán)力顯示出應有的美感,并為此而構(gòu)建一個專門性的"權(quán)力美學",干成了此事并且使之發(fā)揮出實際效應,堪稱功德無量!當然,這是需要大智慧、大舉措的,任何的偏激或弱智都是做不到的。首先必須正視,權(quán)力本身是極好極好的東西,是社會千種萬種機件中最主要的機件。任何社會一旦沒有了具有強制性、法令性、約束性的權(quán)力,任憑各式各樣的人隨意去搞無忌之舉,社會(而不是未構(gòu)成社會的散亂人群)連3天都很難維持。
