【摘要】：視覺景觀評估有助于考察人類與環(huán)境之間的復(fù)雜關(guān)系,將視覺景觀評估納入一個更加寬廣的城市化景觀的語境中能夠支持可持續(xù)發(fā)展規(guī)劃。美國林務(wù)局視覺管理系統(tǒng)、哈佛大學(xué)設(shè)計研究生院景觀設(shè)計系的視覺評估方法以及威爾士鄉(xiāng)村委員會評估公眾景觀感知的"土地圖"方法等能夠為景觀評估提供詳細(xì)的原理和觀念,對三者的綜合有助于我們構(gòu)建景觀評估的理論框架。這種擴(kuò)展性的規(guī)劃過程框架旨在將視覺景觀評估合并進(jìn)來,使之作為評估一個區(qū)域自然與人建/文化維度的基本成分,從而使之成為中國可持續(xù)發(fā)展規(guī)劃的先決條件。可持續(xù)發(fā)展規(guī)劃框架中的視覺景觀評估需要包括公眾的景觀感知,考慮公眾如何感受某些景觀特征和發(fā)展形式。
[Abstract]:Visual landscape assessment helps to examine the complex relationship between human beings and the environment, and integrating visual landscape assessment into a broader context of urbanized landscape can support sustainable development planning. The visual assessment methods of the Department of Landscape Design of the Harvard Graduate School of Design and the "Land Map" method used by the Welsh Rural Council to assess public perception of landscape can provide detailed principles and ideas for landscape assessment. The integration of the three helps us to construct a theoretical framework for landscape assessment. This extended planning process framework is designed to incorporate visual landscape assessment as an essential element in assessing the natural and human dimensions of a region. Visual landscape assessment in the framework of sustainable development planning needs to include public perception of landscape and how the public feels about certain landscape features and development forms.
