【摘要】：2012年6月7日晚,華東師范大學(xué)中文系博士生導(dǎo)師朱志榮教授在上海交通大學(xué)閔行校區(qū)拜訪了當(dāng)代著名文化學(xué)者——美國夏威夷大學(xué)的成中英教授,并就本體美學(xué)的研究方法等問題請教了成先生。成中英教授祖籍湖北陽新,生于江蘇南京,1955年畢業(yè)于臺灣大學(xué)外文系,1958年獲華盛頓大學(xué)哲學(xué)與邏輯學(xué)碩士學(xué)位,1963年獲得哈佛大學(xué)哲學(xué)博士學(xué)位,20世紀(jì)70年代任臺灣大學(xué)哲學(xué)系教授兼系主任暨研究所所長,自1983年起,執(zhí)教于美國夏威夷大學(xué)哲學(xué)系教授,同時兼任多所大學(xué)的客座教授,并作為海外儒學(xué)研究的代表人物,長年致力于在西方世界推介中國哲學(xué)。他致力于中國哲學(xué)走向世界并做出巨大貢獻(xiàn),是《中國哲學(xué)季刊》的創(chuàng)立者和主編、國際中國哲學(xué)學(xué)會、國際易經(jīng)學(xué)會、中國哲學(xué)高級研究中心、遠(yuǎn)東高級研究學(xué)院等國際性學(xué)術(shù)組織的創(chuàng)立者和主席,國際中國管理與現(xiàn)代倫理文教基金會的奠基人。創(chuàng)立美國國際東西方大學(xué)并兼校董會總監(jiān)和校長,兼任東西方文化中心傳播研究所高級顧問、美國耶魯大學(xué)哲學(xué)客座教授、美國紐約市立大學(xué)客座哲學(xué)教授,日本國際基督教大學(xué)客座教授,臺灣大學(xué)哲學(xué)系主任兼哲學(xué)研究所所長,中國人民大學(xué)客座教授,北京大學(xué)哲學(xué)系客座教授,西安交通大學(xué)客座教授,上海師范大學(xué)兼職教授、博士生導(dǎo)師。1973年在美國檀香山創(chuàng)立國際中國哲學(xué)學(xué)會,并為JOURNAL OF CHINESE PHI-LOSOPHY,倡導(dǎo)中國哲學(xué)現(xiàn)代化與世界化。1978年主持"第一屆國際中國哲學(xué)會議",致力促進(jìn)中西哲學(xué)的深入交流,弘揚(yáng)中國思想文化。曾任"中華文化復(fù)興委員會"常務(wù)理事,國際本體闡釋學(xué)學(xué)會主席,國際中國哲學(xué)學(xué)會名譽(yù)主席。先后創(chuàng)辦美國國際東西大學(xué)(INTERNATIONAL EAST WEST UNIVERSITY),國際中國哲學(xué)學(xué)會(現(xiàn)任榮譽(yù)會長),國際易經(jīng)學(xué)會(現(xiàn)任主席),兼任英文中國哲學(xué)季刊總編輯。成中英教授致力于中西哲學(xué)比較、儒家哲學(xué)及本體詮釋學(xué)研究,為中國哲學(xué)發(fā)展貢獻(xiàn)頗多。本刊編輯部特刊發(fā)本次訪談,希望通過本次對話,讓學(xué)界進(jìn)一步了解成中英教授的美學(xué)思想及其所倡導(dǎo)的美學(xué)研究方法,為實現(xiàn)中國特色社會主義文化的大繁榮大發(fā)展,以及進(jìn)一步推動實現(xiàn)中華民族的偉大復(fù)興貢獻(xiàn)力量。下面是具體的訪談內(nèi)容,以饗讀者。
