基于隱性知識角度論動畫在網(wǎng)絡(luò)課程中的應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:人類已步入一個(gè)以知識為導(dǎo)向的新時(shí)代,知識對于社會進(jìn)步的促進(jìn)作用不容小覷。伴隨知識科學(xué)的不斷深入研究,隱性知識越來越受到人們的重視,它被認(rèn)為是創(chuàng)新的源泉。隨著社會的進(jìn)一步發(fā)展,網(wǎng)絡(luò)課程成為一種新的獲取知識的方式,其多元化的知識表征和跨時(shí)空的交流平臺在促進(jìn)隱性知識顯性化方面有著強(qiáng)大優(yōu)勢。同時(shí),動畫作為網(wǎng)絡(luò)課程的一種內(nèi)容表現(xiàn)形式,其具有的藝術(shù)與技術(shù)特性在隱性知識的顯性化表現(xiàn)上有著得天獨(dú)厚的優(yōu)勢,這是我們值得關(guān)注的問題。本文從論述隱性知識與顯性知識的基本關(guān)系開始,以隱性知識理論為基礎(chǔ)[1],提出了具體教學(xué)內(nèi)容中的隱性知識及其分類,并與傳統(tǒng)教學(xué)方式進(jìn)行對比,分析了網(wǎng)絡(luò)課程在隱性知識的顯性化表現(xiàn)和傳遞交流方面的優(yōu)勢,然后重點(diǎn)探討了網(wǎng)絡(luò)課程在隱性知識顯性化表現(xiàn)方面的優(yōu)勢,通過比較研究網(wǎng)絡(luò)課程的多種內(nèi)容表現(xiàn)形式,總結(jié)出動畫在隱性知識顯性化表現(xiàn)方面的優(yōu)勢點(diǎn)[2];诖,提出了隱性知識顯性化的動畫表現(xiàn)策略,并將其應(yīng)用在高等教育出版社“智慧職教”平臺《攝影攝像基礎(chǔ)》網(wǎng)絡(luò)課程的創(chuàng)作中,最后通過學(xué)習(xí)效果調(diào)查驗(yàn)證了其可行性與有效性。本文的創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)在于,突破了以往網(wǎng)絡(luò)課程只重視顯性知識表現(xiàn)的局面,通過教授隱性知識促使學(xué)習(xí)者更好掌握和運(yùn)用顯性知識。同時(shí),文中提出的基于隱性知識的動畫表現(xiàn)策略,為網(wǎng)絡(luò)課程創(chuàng)作者提供了隱性知識顯性化表現(xiàn)方面的借鑒。此外,該研究成果還可以從教育拓展到企業(yè)學(xué)習(xí)等更廣的領(lǐng)域。
[Abstract]:Human beings have entered a new era of knowledge-oriented, and the role of knowledge in promoting social progress should not be underestimated. With the further research of knowledge science, tacit knowledge is paid more and more attention, and it is regarded as the source of innovation. With the further development of society, network course has become a new way to acquire knowledge. Its diversified knowledge representation and communication platform across time and space have strong advantages in promoting the dominance of tacit knowledge. At the same time, as a kind of content expression of network course, animation has unique advantages in the explicit expression of tacit knowledge, which is a problem we should pay attention to. This paper begins with the discussion of the basic relationship between tacit knowledge and explicit knowledge, based on the theory of tacit knowledge [1], puts forward the tacit knowledge and its classification in specific teaching contents, and compares it with the traditional teaching methods. This paper analyzes the advantages of network courses in the explicit expression of tacit knowledge and the transmission and communication of tacit knowledge, and then discusses the advantages of network courses in the explicit expression of tacit knowledge. This paper summarizes the advantages of animation in the explicit expression of tacit knowledge [2]. Based on this, this paper puts forward the strategy of the explicit animation of tacit knowledge, and applies it to the creation of the network course "Photography fundamentals", which is the platform of the higher Education Publishing House "Wisdom Vocational Education". Finally, the feasibility and effectiveness are verified through the investigation of learning effect. The innovation of this paper is that it breaks through the situation that only explicit knowledge is paid attention to in online courses, and promotes learners to master and apply explicit knowledge better by teaching tacit knowledge. At the same time, the strategy of animation representation based on tacit knowledge is put forward in this paper, which can be used as a reference for network course creators in terms of explicit representation of tacit knowledge. In addition, the research results can be expanded from education to enterprise learning and other broader areas.
