【摘要】：舟山群島是中國沿海最大的群島。2011年,國務(wù)院正式批準(zhǔn)設(shè)立浙江舟山群島新區(qū),舟山成為我國首個(gè)以海洋經(jīng)濟(jì)為主題的國家戰(zhàn)略層面新區(qū)。海洋經(jīng)濟(jì)時(shí)代的到來為舟山漁民畫產(chǎn)業(yè)化發(fā)展帶來歷史性機(jī)遇,竭力打造舟山漁民畫這張海洋民間文化藝術(shù)品名片,能夠?yàn)橹凵胶Ｑ笪幕a(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展提供更豐富的內(nèi)涵和更大的經(jīng)濟(jì)價(jià)值。同時(shí),舟山漁民畫在現(xiàn)實(shí)的發(fā)展中遭遇了瓶頸,曾在政府大力扶持下發(fā)展繁榮的漁民畫,遭遇了現(xiàn)代市場經(jīng)濟(jì)的大浪,其對海洋民間文化藝術(shù)傳承和對群島新區(qū)時(shí)代經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)建設(shè)的作用發(fā)揮明顯不足。 本文主要分析了舟山漁民畫產(chǎn)業(yè)化發(fā)展的機(jī)會(huì)、優(yōu)勢、威脅和劣勢。從海洋經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展和新區(qū)時(shí)代來臨、舟山良好的產(chǎn)業(yè)基礎(chǔ)條件、舟山豐富的文化資源、各級政府規(guī)劃保護(hù)和扶持幾個(gè)方面論述了外部機(jī)會(huì)；從獨(dú)特的審美價(jià)值、獨(dú)特的文化價(jià)值、相當(dāng)?shù)慕?jīng)濟(jì)價(jià)值三個(gè)方面論述了舟山漁民畫產(chǎn)業(yè)化發(fā)展的內(nèi)部優(yōu)勢。從各類人才匱乏、呈現(xiàn)后繼乏人的態(tài)勢,作品創(chuàng)新不足、導(dǎo)致發(fā)展后勁不足,總體規(guī)模較小、不能形成集群效應(yīng)分析了舟山漁民畫產(chǎn)業(yè)化發(fā)展的劣勢,舟山漁民畫產(chǎn)業(yè)化發(fā)展的威脅。缺乏完善的法律政策宏觀環(huán)境、缺乏良好的文化產(chǎn)業(yè)化微觀環(huán)境、來自同類藝術(shù)產(chǎn)品的競爭分析了外部威脅。 本文最后提出三點(diǎn)建議：一要采用市場和政府雙配置的產(chǎn)業(yè)模式,充分發(fā)揮政府的關(guān)鍵作用,發(fā)揮市場的基礎(chǔ)作用；二是實(shí)現(xiàn)保護(hù)和產(chǎn)業(yè)化開發(fā)的協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展,三要實(shí)施漁民畫產(chǎn)業(yè)集群化和品牌化戰(zhàn)略。
[Abstract]:Zhoushan archipelago is the largest archipelago off the coast of China. In 2011, the State Council formally approved the establishment of the Zhoushan Islands New area in Zhejiang Province. Zhoushan has become the first national strategic area with the theme of marine economy. The arrival of marine economic era has brought historic opportunities for the industrialization of fishermen's paintings in Zhoushan. Strive to create Zhoushan fishermen painting this card of folk marine culture art can provide a richer connotation and greater economic value for the development of Zhoushan marine culture industry. In the actual development of fishermen in Zhoushan encountered bottlenecks, the government has vigorously supported the development of prosperity of fishermen painting, encountered the wave of the modern market economy. It plays a significant role in the inheritance of marine folk culture and art and the economic and social construction in the new area of the archipelago. This paper mainly analyzes the opportunities, advantages, threats and disadvantages of the development of Zhoushan fishermen 'painting industrialization. From the development of marine economy and the coming of the new area era, Zhoushan's good industrial foundation conditions, Zhoushan's abundant cultural resources are analyzed. Various levels of government planning, protection and support of several aspects of external opportunities; From three aspects of unique aesthetic value, unique cultural value and considerable economic value, this paper discusses the internal advantages of the industrialization development of fishermen's painting in Zhoushan. Work innovation is insufficient, leading to the lack of development, the overall scale is small, unable to form a cluster effect analysis of the development of Zhoushan fishermen's painting industrialization disadvantage. The threats of the development of Zhoushan fishermen 'painting industrialization, the lack of perfect macro environment of law and policy, the lack of good micro environment of cultural industrialization, and the analysis of external threats from the competition of similar artistic products. At the end of this paper, three suggestions are put forward: first, the industrial model of market and government should be used to give full play to the key role of the government and the basic role of the market; The second is to realize the coordinated development of protection and industrialization development, and the third is to implement the strategy of fishermen's painting industry cluster and brand.
