【摘要】：在國(guó)內(nèi)地產(chǎn)景觀逐步擺脫完全西化以及傳統(tǒng)文化復(fù)蘇的形勢(shì)下,對(duì)現(xiàn)代人居的宜居環(huán)境與文化內(nèi)涵提出了更高的要求。新中式景觀是利用現(xiàn)代的設(shè)計(jì)手法、材料等對(duì)傳統(tǒng)園林文化的再塑造,在當(dāng)今多元化的設(shè)計(jì)風(fēng)格中,可以為中國(guó)的現(xiàn)代景觀設(shè)計(jì)增添光彩。然而寒地城市受到氣候條件等諸多限制,景觀設(shè)計(jì)面臨著各種挑戰(zhàn)。本文的研究范圍界定在寒地城市,研究對(duì)象為居住區(qū)景觀。針對(duì)營(yíng)造具有本土特色的居住區(qū)景觀,繼承和發(fā)展傳統(tǒng)園林以及塑造現(xiàn)代宜居的寒地居住環(huán)境三個(gè)主要問(wèn)題展開(kāi)研究。旨在滿足國(guó)人審美、居住、尋根等需求的同時(shí),保留寒地地域人文特色,增加寒地城市吸引力,發(fā)揚(yáng)中國(guó)的園林文化,并為寒地居住區(qū)新中式景觀的應(yīng)用提供理論支撐和設(shè)計(jì)借鑒。研究方法綜合了國(guó)外優(yōu)秀的現(xiàn)代景觀設(shè)計(jì)理論、現(xiàn)代材料與技術(shù)的應(yīng)用、寒地城市地域研究、生態(tài)微氣候、色彩學(xué)、環(huán)境心理學(xué)等現(xiàn)代的學(xué)科理論。通過(guò)解讀現(xiàn)有新中式居住區(qū)的景觀設(shè)計(jì),借鑒傳統(tǒng)北方園林的設(shè)計(jì)手法,對(duì)比國(guó)內(nèi)外古典與現(xiàn)代的設(shè)計(jì)理論、手法、材料等,分析寒地城市人們的居住習(xí)慣,結(jié)合地域性特征和現(xiàn)代的設(shè)計(jì)手段,從而總結(jié)并提出了新中式景觀在寒地居住區(qū)的設(shè)計(jì)原則與應(yīng)用策略。本課題研究的關(guān)注點(diǎn)是北方園林的傳統(tǒng)精髓,寒地城市的地域特色以及人居需求三個(gè)方面的綜合考量。首先,詳細(xì)的分析了居住區(qū)中植物配置、水體、鋪裝、色彩、照明的景觀要素設(shè)計(jì)。提出參與性景觀、地域性文化、生態(tài)手段、感官體驗(yàn)等系統(tǒng)化的設(shè)計(jì)原則和方法。其次,結(jié)合新中式的營(yíng)造風(fēng)格,分別從造園手法、符號(hào)塑造、空間布局、材料技術(shù)、寒地植物、寒地色彩以及風(fēng)水文化的方面,具體論述了寒地居住區(qū)中的景觀應(yīng)用策略。最后,根據(jù)實(shí)際情況討論了新中式景觀在寒地城市的設(shè)計(jì)挑戰(zhàn)和發(fā)展趨勢(shì)。
[Abstract]:Under the situation of the domestic real estate landscape gradually getting rid of the complete westernization and the revival of the traditional culture, it puts forward higher requirements for the livable environment and cultural connotation of the modern people. New Chinese style landscape is to use modern design techniques, materials and other traditional garden culture to re-mold, in today's diversified design style, can add luster to the modern landscape design in China. However, cities in cold regions are restricted by climate conditions, and landscape design is facing various challenges. The research scope of this paper is defined in the cold area city, the research object is residential area landscape. In this paper, three main problems of constructing residential landscape with native characteristics, inheriting and developing traditional gardens and shaping the cold living environment of modern livable areas are studied. The aim is to meet the aesthetic, residential, and root-seeking needs of the Chinese people, while preserving the cultural characteristics of the cold region, increasing the attraction of the cities in the cold areas, and developing China's garden culture. It also provides theoretical support and design reference for the application of the new Chinese-style landscape in cold residential areas. The research method integrates the excellent theories of modern landscape design, the application of modern materials and techniques, the study of urban regions in cold regions, ecological microclimate, color science, environmental psychology and other modern theories. By interpreting the landscape design of the existing new Chinese-style residential areas, drawing lessons from the design techniques of the traditional northern gardens, comparing the classical and modern design theories, techniques, materials and so on at home and abroad, this paper analyzes the living habits of the urban people in the cold areas. Combined with the regional characteristics and modern design methods, this paper summarizes and puts forward the design principles and application strategies of the new Chinese-style landscape in cold residential areas. The focus of this study is the traditional essence of northern gardens, the regional characteristics of cold cities and the needs of human settlements. Firstly, the landscape elements of plant configuration, water body, pavement, color and lighting in residential area are analyzed in detail. The principles and methods of systematic design, such as participatory landscape, regional culture, ecological means, sensory experience and so on, were put forward. Secondly, combining with the construction style of new Chinese style, from the aspects of garden-making technique, symbol molding, spatial layout, material technology, cold region plant, cold land color and feng shui culture, the landscape application strategy in cold area residential area is discussed in detail. Finally, according to the actual situation, the design challenge and development trend of the new Chinese-style landscape in cold cities are discussed.
