【摘要】：我國有很多城市建設(shè)選址是依托自然形勝之地,山水林木是宜居城市的重要構(gòu)成部分。其中,森林作為生態(tài)環(huán)境的重要載體,對(duì)今天城市生態(tài)及游憩環(huán)境建設(shè),更為重要�！俺墙夹汀鄙止珗@,緊鄰城市,景觀特色、地域特色明顯,文化內(nèi)涵豐厚,其地理區(qū)位優(yōu)勢(shì)讓城市的居民“不出城郭,就能享受森林SPA”,成為城市居民低碳出行、休閑旅游的重要場(chǎng)所。相比黃山、張家界、泰山等“資源珍稀型”的森林公園,“城郊型”森林公園更好地發(fā)揮了森林資源的城市生態(tài)效應(yīng)和公眾游憩活動(dòng)需要。本文通過基礎(chǔ)理論研究及相關(guān)類型案例的分析和研究,總結(jié)提出了城郊型森林公園規(guī)劃建設(shè)的“三步驟”、“三要素”、“三原則”策略,其中“三步驟”指城郊型森林公園建設(shè)的“前期的景觀資源分析、建設(shè)中期的景觀構(gòu)建、建成后的景觀效果評(píng)價(jià)”�！叭瓌t”指城郊型森林公園景觀構(gòu)建中需遵守的“生態(tài)保護(hù)、因地制宜、最小干預(yù)”�！叭亍敝赋墙夹蜕止珗@景觀構(gòu)建中需重點(diǎn)突出的“景觀資源、功能需求、特色與創(chuàng)意”。結(jié)合杭州半山國家森林公園規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)方案及實(shí)施建設(shè)過程,詳細(xì)介紹和分析了這一規(guī)劃策略的應(yīng)用途徑,及其所具有的實(shí)踐指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:There are many urban construction sites in our country that rely on the natural landscape, and landscape forest is an important part of livable cities. Forest, as an important carrier of ecological environment, is more important to the construction of urban ecology and recreation environment. The "suburban" forest park, which is close to the city, is characterized by its landscape features, obvious regional features and rich cultural connotations. Its geographical and geographical advantages enable urban residents to "enjoy forest SPA if they do not go out of the city," and become low-carbon travel for urban residents. An important place for leisure tourism. Compared with the forest parks of Huangshan, Zhangjiajie and Taishan, the "suburban" forest parks play a better role in the urban ecological effects of forest resources and the needs of public recreation activities. Based on the analysis of basic theory and related cases, this paper summarizes and puts forward the strategies of "three steps", "three elements" and "three principles" in planning and construction of suburban forest parks. "three steps" refers to "the analysis of landscape resources in the early stage, the construction of landscape in the middle stage of construction, and the evaluation of landscape effect after completion" of the construction of suburban forest park. "three principles" refers to ecological protection, local conditions and minimum intervention in the construction of suburban forest park landscape. "three elements" refers to the "landscape resources, functional requirements, characteristics and creativity" that need to be highlighted in the landscape construction of suburban forest parks. Combined with the planning and design scheme and the construction process of the Banshan National Forest Park in Hangzhou, this paper introduces and analyzes in detail the application of this planning strategy and its practical guiding significance.
