【摘要】：近年來,有關(guān)名城文化遺產(chǎn)的保護(hù)與旅游開發(fā),無論是理論研究還是實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn),均取得了豐碩的成果。本文寫作在充分吸收和廣泛借鑒以往研究成果和前人成功經(jīng)驗(yàn)的基礎(chǔ)上,以城市文化資本論及有機(jī)更新作為基礎(chǔ)理論,就國內(nèi)外歷史文化名城旅游開發(fā)模式及典型案例展開評(píng)述。2016年,溫州獲得國家歷史文化名城稱號(hào),本文正是立足歷史文化名城保護(hù)的大背景,通過對國內(nèi)外古城風(fēng)貌保護(hù)、溫州古城旅游開發(fā)的梳理和總結(jié),討論古城歷史風(fēng)貌保護(hù)與旅游開發(fā)兩者關(guān)系。筆者以溫州古城“通五行之水”、“連五斗之山”、“鑿二十八井”選址和建設(shè)的山水格局等為研究對象,深入調(diào)查分析目前古城歷史風(fēng)貌及其旅游開發(fā)現(xiàn)狀、保護(hù)中存在的難題與旅游開發(fā)價(jià)值,提出保護(hù)原則和實(shí)施保護(hù)的具體措施以及旅游開發(fā)的總體思路、重點(diǎn)工作與保障措施。筆者期望通過對溫州山水斗城風(fēng)貌的研究,為搶救具有歷史文化遺產(chǎn)價(jià)值的古城提供有效的保護(hù)與開發(fā)利用的理論和方法;為改善主城區(qū)居民居住環(huán)境,提升旅游觀光品質(zhì),帶動(dòng)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展提供有效方法和途徑,并能對推動(dòng)溫州老城的研究,特別是對浙江省沿海城市老城區(qū)的研究、保護(hù)和開發(fā)工作產(chǎn)生一定積極的影響。具體而言,相對于已有的相關(guān)研究,本文的創(chuàng)新之處著重體現(xiàn)在以下二方面:一方面,論文從多角度切入問題的探討。以溫州“后歷史文化名城”為背景,以外塑“神奇山水、傳奇溫州”的旅游品牌,內(nèi)提“古風(fēng)古韻,設(shè)施完善”的服務(wù)品質(zhì)為目的,從區(qū)域規(guī)劃、文化遺產(chǎn)保護(hù)、自然景觀利用、商業(yè)開發(fā)等多角度對斗城進(jìn)行有機(jī)更新和綜合開發(fā),著重研究旅游產(chǎn)品體系提升和優(yōu)化,增強(qiáng)溫州作為歷史文化名城的文化內(nèi)涵和核心魅力。另一方面,拓展研究領(lǐng)域。目前國內(nèi)對溫州古城的研究多立足于古建筑點(diǎn)狀或者歷史街區(qū)片狀保護(hù),在保護(hù)基礎(chǔ)上提出的新功能植入也以滿足當(dāng)?shù)鼐用裆虡I(yè)、生活所需為主,對斗城山環(huán)水抱的自然地理特色保護(hù)與旅游開發(fā)共贏模式構(gòu)建的相關(guān)研究較少。本文從溫州斗城歷史文化內(nèi)涵的挖掘著手,通過對永嘉郡城的歷史沿革、格局形態(tài)演變、建城特征、具體功能等歷史文化脈絡(luò)的梳理,確定研究范圍,并從自然、人工、人文環(huán)境三方面分析斗城山川、水系、文化的旅游資源譜系及旅游開發(fā)現(xiàn)狀。針對溫州斗城風(fēng)貌保護(hù)現(xiàn)狀,指出存在問題,以原真性、整體性、協(xié)調(diào)性為原則,提出保護(hù)措施,明確斗城旅游開發(fā)原則,以“古韻斗城、水韻斗城”為定位,通過科學(xué)規(guī)劃、功能再造、豐富產(chǎn)品、多元融資等方式,形成四類旅游線路,實(shí)現(xiàn)城市文化形象的提升。
[Abstract]:In recent years, great achievements have been made in the protection of cultural heritage and tourism development in famous cities, both in theory and in practice. On the basis of absorbing and widely drawing on the previous research results and the successful experiences of predecessors, this paper takes the theory of urban cultural capitalization and organic renewal as the basic theory. In 2016, Wenzhou won the title of National Historical and Cultural City. This paper is based on the background of the protection of historical and cultural cities, through the protection of ancient cities at home and abroad. Combing and summarizing the tourism development of Wenzhou ancient city, discussing the relationship between historical style protection and tourism development of the ancient city. The author takes the ancient city of Wenzhou as the research object, such as "the water of the five elements", "the mountain of even five dusts", "the 28 well" and the landscape pattern of the construction, etc., and makes a thorough investigation and analysis of the historical features of the ancient city and the present situation of its tourism development. The problems existing in the protection and the value of tourism development are put forward. The principles of protection, the concrete measures to implement the protection, the general idea of tourism development, the key work and the safeguard measures are put forward. The author hopes to provide the theory and method of effective protection and exploitation for the ancient city with historical and cultural heritage value through the study of the style and features of the city of Wenzhou. In order to improve the living environment of residents in the main urban areas, to enhance the quality of tourism and sightseeing, to provide effective ways and means to promote economic development, and to promote the study of the old cities of Wenzhou, especially the old urban areas of coastal cities of Zhejiang Province, Protection and development work has a certain positive impact. Specifically, compared with the existing research, the innovation of this paper is mainly reflected in the following two aspects: on the one hand, the paper cuts into the problem from various angles. With the background of Wenzhou's "famous historical and cultural city", the tourism brand of "magical landscape, legendary Wenzhou", and the service quality of "ancient style and ancient rhyme, perfect facilities", from the regional planning, cultural heritage protection, The natural landscape utilization, commercial development and so on carry on the organic renewal and the comprehensive development to the Doucheng city, emphatically studies the tourism product system promotion and the optimization, strengthens Wenzhou as the historical and cultural famous city culture connotation and the core charm. On the other hand, expand the research field. At present, most of the domestic researches on Wenzhou ancient city are based on the protection of ancient buildings or historic blocks, and the new function implantation proposed on the basis of protection is mainly to meet the commercial and life needs of local residents. There are few studies on the protection of natural geographical features and the construction of win-win model of tourism development. This paper begins with the excavation of the historical and cultural connotations of the city of Dou Cheng in Wenzhou, through combing the historical and cultural context of Yongjia County, the evolution of the pattern, the characteristics of the building of the city, the specific functions, and so on, to determine the scope of the study, and to determine the scope of the study from the natural and artificial aspects. This paper analyzes the tourism resources pedigree of Dou Cheng mountain and river system, river system and culture and the present situation of tourism development from three aspects of humanistic environment. In view of the present situation of the protection of the style and features of the city of Doucheng in Wenzhou, this paper points out the existing problems, taking the principle of authenticity, integrity and coordination as the principle, puts forward the protection measures, clarifies the principle of tourism development in the city of Doucheng, and takes "the ancient rhyme city of the city of fighting and the city of water rhyme fighting" as the orientation, through scientific planning Function reengineering, rich products, multiple financing and other ways to form four types of tourism routes, to achieve the promotion of the image of urban culture.
