【摘要】：社會經(jīng)濟高速發(fā)展和城鎮(zhèn)化進程的快速推進對歷史文化城鎮(zhèn)的保護工作帶來了極大地挑戰(zhàn),已有大量歷史悠久的城鎮(zhèn)遭受到了不可逆轉的破壞。各級政府與社會各界也已認識到了對歷史文化城鎮(zhèn)進行保護與合理利用問題的迫切性,并展開了多方面的研究和嘗試。本文以浙江省建德市梅城古鎮(zhèn)整體風貌的保護利用為研究課題,對其在保護、開發(fā)與利用方面的一系列問題展開研究。首先,在對國內(nèi)外歷史文化城鎮(zhèn)保護利用研究成果的梳理與借鑒基礎上構建出課題研究的基本框架,提出課題研究所涉及的古鎮(zhèn)保護基礎理論并形成梅城古鎮(zhèn)風貌保護與利用的大致構想。再者,在對國內(nèi)外歷史城鎮(zhèn)、村落保護利用案例分析研究的基礎上,提煉出參考借鑒的具體設想。之后,在對梅城古鎮(zhèn)整體風貌特色、空間構成、居民生活狀況進行全面評估、分析和總結的基礎上,提出針對梅城古鎮(zhèn)整體風貌保護與利用的思路,并闡明保護利用的具體實施策略。本論文系在實際項目研究基礎之上的實踐總結與理論探討,借助國內(nèi)外不同案例的梳理、歸納、各種不同理論與觀念的比較,以期在實際項目的規(guī)劃設計實踐探索中,找到若干能夠更好地保護歷史文化古城整體風貌,同時又能形成歷史古鎮(zhèn)經(jīng)濟、文化及旅游業(yè)有序、可持續(xù)發(fā)展的規(guī)劃與設計策略。
[Abstract]:The rapid development of social economy and the rapid advancement of urbanization have brought great challenges to the protection of historical and cultural towns, and a large number of towns with a long history have been irreversibly destroyed. Governments at all levels and all walks of life have also recognized the urgency of the protection and rational utilization of historical and cultural towns, and have carried out various studies and attempts. In this paper, the conservation and utilization of the overall style and features of the ancient town of Meicheng, Jiande City, Zhejiang Province, is taken as a research topic, and a series of problems in its protection, development and utilization are studied. First of all, on the basis of combing and drawing lessons from the research achievements on the protection and utilization of historical and cultural towns at home and abroad, the basic framework of the research is constructed. Put forward the basic theory of ancient town protection involved in the subject research and form the general conception of Meicheng ancient town style protection and utilization. Furthermore, on the basis of the case study on the protection and utilization of villages and towns at home and abroad, the author abstracts the concrete ideas for reference. After that, on the basis of comprehensive evaluation, analysis and summary of the overall style and features, space composition, and residents' living conditions of Meicheng Ancient Town, the paper puts forward some ideas for the protection and utilization of the overall style and features of Meicheng Ancient Town. And expounds the concrete implementation strategy of protection and utilization. This paper is based on the actual project research practice summary and theoretical discussion, with the help of different cases at home and abroad combing, induction, different theories and concepts of comparison, with a view to the actual project planning and design practice exploration, To find some planning and design strategies which can better protect the overall style and features of historical and cultural ancient cities, and at the same time form an orderly and sustainable development of economy, culture and tourism of historic towns.
