【摘要】：環(huán)境藝術(shù)設(shè)計(jì)是一門始于上世紀(jì)八十年代的新興的學(xué)科,是一門隨著我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展尚在發(fā)展中的學(xué)科。它所涵蓋的范圍非常廣泛,從建筑本身到室內(nèi)外環(huán)境的設(shè)計(jì),環(huán)境藝術(shù)設(shè)計(jì)的發(fā)展與社會(huì)的發(fā)展息息相關(guān)。多種藝術(shù)設(shè)計(jì)風(fēng)格形式在發(fā)展中不斷形成和變化,提高了人們的居住環(huán)境和視覺(jué)感受的質(zhì)量。我國(guó)的改革開(kāi)放政策在中國(guó)設(shè)計(jì)文化中起到推動(dòng)的作用,是中國(guó)傳統(tǒng)建筑裝飾工藝向現(xiàn)代化國(guó)際化發(fā)展的重要階段。近年來(lái)西方建筑環(huán)境設(shè)計(jì)風(fēng)格沖擊著中國(guó)的環(huán)境設(shè)計(jì)風(fēng)格,而有民族特色文化,本土地域性多樣性則越來(lái)越少。人們開(kāi)始意識(shí)到現(xiàn)代化不等于西方化,多元化、地方化的設(shè)計(jì)意識(shí)逐漸成為熱門話題,體現(xiàn)在有傳統(tǒng)民族特色的設(shè)計(jì)日益受到人們的關(guān)注,如何將民族特色文化元素運(yùn)用到現(xiàn)代設(shè)計(jì)中是本文主要探究方向。隨著國(guó)家經(jīng)濟(jì)實(shí)力的增強(qiáng),人們生活質(zhì)量得以提高,餐飲業(yè)逐漸發(fā)展起來(lái)。為了適應(yīng)這種發(fā)展趨勢(shì),除了注重食物的品質(zhì)外,人們對(duì)就餐環(huán)境的舒適性、觀賞性也更加重視,有特色的現(xiàn)代餐飲空間更加受到青睞,餐飲空間是人們活躍度最高的地方。本論文的探究原則是“古為今用”,為了繼承與發(fā)揚(yáng)朝鮮族傳統(tǒng)民居元素在現(xiàn)代餐飲空間中的應(yīng)用,現(xiàn)代餐飲空間的設(shè)計(jì)要與朝鮮民居元素相結(jié)合。朝鮮族民居是在長(zhǎng)期發(fā)展過(guò)程中形成的別具特色的建筑,鮮明的表現(xiàn)出自己的風(fēng)俗文化,有自己的建筑特點(diǎn)。隨著國(guó)際化和社會(huì)多元化的出現(xiàn),地域性的傳統(tǒng)朝鮮族色彩出現(xiàn)了逐漸淡化的趨勢(shì)。如何更好地的在現(xiàn)代設(shè)計(jì)中繼承發(fā)揚(yáng)朝鮮族的傳統(tǒng)特色。本論文提出了怎樣把特色的民族文化元素應(yīng)用到現(xiàn)代設(shè)計(jì)中,繼承和發(fā)揚(yáng)朝鮮族傳統(tǒng)的特點(diǎn)。在查閱了國(guó)內(nèi)外大量文獻(xiàn)的基礎(chǔ)上,通過(guò)研究朝鮮族的起源、歷史的發(fā)展、飲食文化、日常習(xí)俗,本文用下列三個(gè)步驟選擇了主要影響朝鮮族民居的傳統(tǒng)文化元素:1、對(duì)影響朝鮮民居元素的相關(guān)概念進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的論述。2、對(duì)長(zhǎng)春、延吉等地進(jìn)行了實(shí)地考察。3、通過(guò)分析、歸納、總結(jié),本文提出了怎樣把朝鮮族傳統(tǒng)民居的元素與現(xiàn)代餐飲空間和新的設(shè)計(jì)理念相結(jié)合的方法。本文提出的方法能對(duì)從事朝鮮族民居設(shè)計(jì)者們有著有價(jià)值和有益處的參考。朝鮮族民居是朝鮮族文化的重要部分,把朝鮮族傳統(tǒng)民居的元素應(yīng)用到現(xiàn)代餐飲空間的設(shè)計(jì)是非常有意義的,它能體現(xiàn)出朝鮮族民居新的形式和內(nèi)涵。在當(dāng)今世界文化現(xiàn)代化的發(fā)展中,朝鮮族民居的設(shè)計(jì)將呈現(xiàn)出新的生機(jī)和更加完美的設(shè)計(jì)理念。
[Abstract]:Environmental art design is a new subject which began in 1980's and is still developing with the development of our country's economy. It covers a wide range, from the architecture itself to the design of indoor and outdoor environment, the development of environmental art design is closely related to the development of society. A variety of artistic design styles have been formed and changed in the process of development, which improves the quality of people's living environment and visual feeling. The reform and opening policy of our country plays an important role in promoting Chinese design culture and is an important stage for the development of Chinese traditional architectural decoration technology to modernization and internationalization. In recent years, the western architectural environment design style impinges on the Chinese environment design style, but has the national characteristic culture, the native regional diversity is less and less. People began to realize that modernization is not equal to westernization, diversification, localization of design consciousness has gradually become a hot topic, reflected in the traditional national characteristics of the design has been increasingly paid attention to. How to apply the cultural elements of national characteristics to modern design is the main research direction of this paper. With the strengthening of national economic strength, people's quality of life has been improved, and the catering industry has gradually developed. In order to adapt to this trend, besides the quality of food, people pay more attention to the comfort and appreciation of dining environment. The characteristic modern dining space is more favored, and the dining space is the most active place. In order to inherit and carry forward the application of Korean traditional folk house elements in modern dining space, the design of modern dining space should be combined with Korean folk residence elements. Korean folk houses are unique buildings formed in the long-term development process, showing their own customs and culture, with their own architectural characteristics. With the emergence of internationalization and social pluralism, the regional traditional Korean color has gradually desalinated. How to better carry forward the traditional characteristics of Korean nationality in modern design. This paper puts forward how to apply the characteristic elements of national culture to modern design to inherit and carry forward the characteristics of Korean tradition. On the basis of consulting a large number of literature at home and abroad, through the study of the origin, historical development, diet culture, daily customs of Korean nationality, In this paper, the following three steps were used to select the traditional cultural element: 1, which mainly affected Korean folk houses, to discuss in detail the related concepts affecting the elements of Korean dwellings, and to conduct field visits to Changchun, Yanji and other places. In conclusion, this paper puts forward how to combine the elements of Korean traditional residence with modern dining space and new design idea. The method proposed in this paper can be used as a valuable and beneficial reference for designers of Korean folk houses. Korean folk residence is an important part of Korean culture. It is very meaningful to apply the elements of Korean traditional residence to the design of modern dining space. It can reflect the new form and connotation of Korean folk residence. In the development of cultural modernization in the world today, the design of Korean folk houses will present new vitality and more perfect design idea.
