【摘要】：建國初期,為了滿足社會主義國家的建設(shè)需要,我國按照蘇聯(lián)模式建成了基本的工業(yè)體系。計劃經(jīng)濟時代的工業(yè)廠區(qū)形成了一些小而全的微型社會,這些廠區(qū)不但具有工業(yè)生產(chǎn)功能,還要滿足廠區(qū)工人的基本生活需求,家屬區(qū)、學校、醫(yī)務(wù)室、幼兒園等包涵其中。形成了具有鮮明特色的中國工業(yè)社區(qū)。城市工業(yè)社區(qū)是城市居住區(qū)的特殊形式,它不僅有居住環(huán)境,還有鄰近的工業(yè)廠區(qū)。在上個世紀九十年代,這種特殊的居住環(huán)境已經(jīng)初具規(guī)模,受當時設(shè)計水平和經(jīng)濟條件的影響,工業(yè)社區(qū)戶外交流互動的空間單調(diào)而乏味,在功能上也僅僅是滿足廠區(qū)與居住區(qū)之間的交通問題,根本談不上人性化的景觀設(shè)計和舒適的交流互動空間的營造。隨著人們生活水平的不斷提高,對戶外環(huán)境及交流空間也提出了更高的要求。目前工業(yè)社區(qū)交流互動空間遠遠滿足不了居民的出行需要,這也是本文選題的目的和研究意義所在。本文通過對若干個不同地區(qū)工業(yè)社區(qū)戶外交流互動空間的調(diào)查分析,總結(jié)出城市工業(yè)社區(qū)戶外交流互動空間存在的問題,即交流互動空間功能缺失;沒有能反應(yīng)該工業(yè)社區(qū)獨特的特色景觀;植物配置缺乏多樣性等等。本人依據(jù)景觀設(shè)計原則和相關(guān)的景觀設(shè)計的理論,結(jié)合當?shù)爻鞘泄I(yè)社區(qū)的特點,提出了解決問題的方案。在此基礎(chǔ)上,總結(jié)出不同性質(zhì)、不同區(qū)域的城市工業(yè)社區(qū)戶外交流空間在設(shè)計上的共性問題,即在功能齊全的整體平面規(guī)劃上;不同地域、不同性質(zhì)的城市工業(yè)社區(qū)獨特的景觀構(gòu)思上;在適應(yīng)當?shù)氐臍夂蚝蜕鷳B(tài)環(huán)境的植物配置多樣性上,來完善城市工業(yè)社區(qū)戶外交流互動空間的設(shè)計。為城市工業(yè)社區(qū)的人們提供舒適的、功能齊全的、體現(xiàn)本社區(qū)特有文化的交流互動空間。本文主要內(nèi)容分為五部分。第一部分緒論,談了所選課題的重要性研究城市工業(yè)社區(qū)交流互動空間的目的和意義,分析了國內(nèi)外城市工業(yè)社區(qū)交流互動空間研究現(xiàn)狀,提出了課題研究的內(nèi)容和方法,即資料查詢法、田野考察法、案例分析法、比較研究法、調(diào)查問卷法;文章第二部分對城市工業(yè)社區(qū)交流互動空間景觀設(shè)計的相關(guān)理論進行研究,為課題的研究提供理論支撐;文章第三部分講述城市工業(yè)社區(qū)交流互動空間景觀設(shè)計中各構(gòu)成要素,總結(jié)出自然要素與人工要素在空間環(huán)境中所起到的不同作用;文章第四部分通過對多個不同類型工業(yè)社區(qū)交流互動空間的調(diào)研,找出了存在的問題,以包鋼工業(yè)社區(qū)交流互動空間為例,提出了解決方案;文章第五部分提出自己的觀點,筆者認為完善城市工業(yè)社區(qū)交流互動空間應(yīng)該從平面功能布局合理性;突出本工業(yè)社區(qū)獨特的景觀特色上;因地制宜,保持原生態(tài)幾個方面進行考慮。通過此課題的研究,能為豐富城市景觀設(shè)計這一大課題的研究增加新的血液,為工業(yè)社區(qū)居民提供了人文關(guān)懷而感到欣慰。
[Abstract]:In the early days of the founding of the people's Republic of China, in order to meet the needs of socialist construction, China built a basic industrial system according to the Soviet model. In the planned economy era, the industrial factory area has formed some small and complete micro-society, which not only has the function of industrial production, but also meets the basic living needs of the factory workers, including the family area, school, infirmary, kindergarten and so on. Formed with distinct characteristics of the Chinese industrial community. Urban industrial community is a special form of urban residential area, it not only has living environment, but also the adjacent industrial factory area. In the 1990s, this special living environment had begun to take shape. Affected by the level of design and economic conditions at that time, the space for outdoor communication and interaction in industrial communities was monotonous and boring. The function is only to satisfy the traffic problems between the factory and the residential area, not to mention the humanized landscape design and the construction of comfortable interactive communication space. With the continuous improvement of people's living standards, the outdoor environment and communication space also put forward higher requirements. At present, the interaction space of industrial community can not meet the travel needs of residents, which is the purpose and significance of this paper. Based on the investigation and analysis of the outdoor interactive space in several industrial communities in different areas, this paper summarizes the problems existing in the outdoor interactive space of the urban industrial community, that is, the lack of the function of the interactive space. It does not reflect the unique landscape of the industrial community; the plant configuration lacks diversity, and so on. According to the principles of landscape design and related theories of landscape design, combining with the characteristics of local industrial communities, I put forward a solution to the problem. On the basis of this, the common problems in the design of outdoor communication space of urban industrial communities in different regions are summarized, that is, in the overall plane planning with complete functions, in different regions, The unique landscape conception of different urban industrial communities and the diversity of plant configuration to adapt to the local climate and ecological environment to improve the design of outdoor interaction space of urban industrial communities. Provide comfortable, functional and unique cultural interaction space for the people of the urban industrial community. The main content of this paper is divided into five parts. The first part introduces the importance of the selected topics the purpose and significance of the urban industrial community exchange interactive space analysis of the domestic and foreign urban industrial community exchange interaction space research status and put forward the research content and methods. The second part of the article studies the related theories of the interaction space landscape design of the urban industrial community, which provides the theoretical support for the research of the subject, that is, the method of data inquiry, the field investigation, the case analysis, the comparison research, the questionnaire method. The third part of the article describes the interaction of urban industrial communities in the design of interactive space landscape elements, summed up the natural elements and artificial elements in the space environment played different roles; The fourth part of the article through the research on the interaction space of many different types of industrial communities, find out the existing problems, take Baotou Iron and Steel Industry Community Exchange Interactive Space as an example, put forward the solution; the fifth part of the article put forward their own views. The author thinks that perfecting the interactive space of the urban industrial community should be considered from the aspects of rational layout of plane function, highlighting the unique landscape characteristics of the industrial community, and keeping the original ecology according to the local conditions. Through the research of this subject, it can add new blood to the study of enriching the urban landscape design, and provide humanistic care for the residents of the industrial community.
