【摘要】：近年來,茶文化旅游業(yè)的蓬勃發(fā)展帶動了各地觀光茶園的開發(fā)建設(shè),觀光茶園的規(guī)模和數(shù)量也隨之?dāng)U增,形成一種茶業(yè)結(jié)合旅游業(yè)的新式觀光農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展模式。但是現(xiàn)階段的觀光茶園建設(shè)也存在著盲目改造和日趨同質(zhì)化的問題,缺乏自身特色,不能滿足新時代文化大眾的心理需求。運用園林景觀設(shè)計方法,推動和優(yōu)化觀光茶園的建設(shè)發(fā)展,來營造觀光茶園優(yōu)美的茶園環(huán)境和濃郁的文化氛圍,是本文旨在研究的內(nèi)容。本文以基于茶文化為主題的觀光茶園為研究對象,結(jié)合景觀生態(tài)學(xué)、可持續(xù)發(fā)展理論、景觀美學(xué)原理、景觀三元論等理論,對基于茶文化為主題的觀光茶園景觀營建理論進(jìn)行研究,并通過到實際的案例來分析運用,主要研究結(jié)果如下:第一,明確了茶文化及觀光茶園的概念內(nèi)涵,選取安吉白茶園、梅家塢茶文化村、陽羨茶文化生態(tài)園和江蘇茶博園等4個觀光茶園進(jìn)行實地調(diào)研,對園區(qū)景觀現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析。同時,運用層次分析法(AHP法)建立觀光茶園的景觀評價體系,應(yīng)用模糊綜合評判模型對4個觀光茶園進(jìn)行景觀評價。結(jié)果表明,江蘇茶博園的景觀綜合評價結(jié)果為優(yōu)秀,梅家塢茶文化村和安吉白茶園的景觀綜合評價結(jié)果為良好,陽羨茶文化生態(tài)園的景觀綜合評價結(jié)果為一般。第二,總結(jié)了基于茶文化為主題的觀光茶園景觀營建應(yīng)遵循的設(shè)計原則:因地制宜的原則、生態(tài)性原則、特色性原則、體驗性原則。茶文化主題觀光茶園的景觀營建的主要內(nèi)容,包括前期分析、設(shè)計理念構(gòu)思、總體布局、功能分區(qū)、道路布局及游線設(shè)計,逐一進(jìn)行分析闡述,重點闡述了茶文化主題觀光茶園景觀要素的營建方法。第三,將景觀營建理論應(yīng)用在天臺紫凝黃茶觀光茶園景觀規(guī)劃設(shè)計的實例中,通過自然環(huán)境的分析和人文資源的挖掘,確定園區(qū)的設(shè)計理念,并以布置了“一環(huán)、一軸、六區(qū)、多景點”的景觀結(jié)構(gòu)。對園區(qū)景觀要素包括地形、水體、道路、建筑小品和植物等,分別進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)設(shè)計,在建筑小品和植物景觀設(shè)計中突出體現(xiàn)園區(qū)的茶文化主題,使園區(qū)以茶文化為主線,既蘊含了天臺紫凝的地域文化,又賦予茶園自然環(huán)境空間的人文體驗。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the vigorous development of tea culture tourism has led to the development and construction of sightseeing tea gardens, and the scale and quantity of sightseeing tea gardens have also expanded, forming a new tourism agricultural development model combining tea industry with tourism. However, the construction of sightseeing tea garden at this stage also has the problem of blind transformation and homogenization, which lacks its own characteristics and can not meet the psychological needs of the cultural masses in the new era. The purpose of this paper is to promote and optimize the construction and development of sightseeing tea garden by using the method of landscape design to create a beautiful tea garden environment and a rich cultural atmosphere. In this paper, based on tea culture as the theme of sightseeing tea garden as the research object, combined with landscape ecology, sustainable development theory, landscape aesthetic principle, landscape ternary theory, etc. This paper studies the theory of landscape construction of sightseeing tea garden based on tea culture, and analyzes and applies it through practical cases. The main results are as follows: first, the concept connotation of tea culture and sightseeing tea garden is clarified, and Anji white tea garden is selected. Four sightseeing tea gardens, including Meijiawu Tea Culture Village, Yangwei Tea Culture Ecological Park and Jiangsu Tea Park, were investigated and the landscape status of the park was analyzed. At the same time, AHP method was used to establish the landscape evaluation system of sightseeing tea garden, and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model was used to evaluate the landscape of four sightseeing tea gardens. The results showed that the landscape comprehensive evaluation of tea garden in Jiangsu province was excellent, that of Meijiawu tea culture village and Anji white tea garden was good, and that of Yangwei tea culture ecological garden was general. Secondly, it summarizes the design principles that should be followed in the construction of sightseeing tea garden landscape based on tea culture: the principle of adapting measures to local conditions, the principle of ecology, the principle of characteristic and the principle of experience. The main contents of the landscape construction of tea culture theme sightseeing tea garden, including pre-analysis, design idea, overall layout, function partition, road layout and tour line design, are analyzed and explained one by one. The construction method of landscape elements of tea culture theme sightseeing tea garden is expounded. Thirdly, the theory of landscape construction is applied to the landscape planning and design of the rooftop purple agglutination yellow tea sightseeing tea garden. Through the analysis of the natural environment and the excavation of human resources, the design concept of the park is determined, and "one ring, one axis, six districts" is arranged. The landscape structure of many scenic spots. The landscape elements of the park, including topography, water body, road, architectural sketch and plant, are designed in detail. In the architectural sketch and plant landscape design, the theme of tea culture of the park is highlighted, and the main line of the park is tea culture. It not only contains the regional culture of Tiantai Ziying, but also endows the tea garden with the humanistic experience of natural space.
