溫州“印象南塘”商業(yè)文化旅游景區(qū)發(fā)展研究

【摘要】:隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展,人們對(duì)旅游方面的需求日益高漲,且?guī)砹藢?duì)旅游的要求逐漸提高。溫州于2016年被評(píng)為國(guó)家歷史文化名城,且“印象南塘”作為溫州市主要旅游景區(qū)之一,是溫州的一個(gè)會(huì)客廳,然而如何更好開發(fā)和拓展景區(qū)各項(xiàng)目的項(xiàng)目成為刻不容緩的關(guān)鍵性問題。溫州市計(jì)劃創(chuàng)建或提升20個(gè)A級(jí)景區(qū),重點(diǎn)打造的旅游品牌包括雁山楠水、一江兩岸夜溫州、五馬街女人街和印象南塘。據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì),目前我市擁有國(guó)家級(jí)景區(qū)25個(gè),其中AAAA級(jí)景區(qū)11個(gè),5A級(jí)景區(qū)1個(gè),而市區(qū)AAAA級(jí)景區(qū)僅江心嶼和“印象南塘”兩處!坝∠竽咸痢笔菧刂菔袇^(qū)市中心范圍內(nèi)的首個(gè)AAAA級(jí)旅游景區(qū)!坝∠竽咸痢北蛔u(yù)為溫州的“城市客廳”,代表的是溫州的城市品位。2014年底,南塘以千年城市文脈、百里塘河風(fēng)韻的獨(dú)特風(fēng)情,正式獲批國(guó)家AAAA級(jí)旅游景區(qū)。南塘街至今已歷經(jīng)千年滄桑。為重現(xiàn)南塘街昔日的繁華景象,2006年我市開始對(duì)南塘街進(jìn)行改造。改建一新的南塘街在建筑風(fēng)格上保留了江南古居特有的婉約,這種婉約是白墻黛瓦上的點(diǎn)點(diǎn)夕陽(yáng),是倒影河面的盈盈月光,是跨河而過的彎彎小橋,抑或是安靜佇立的牌坊。景區(qū)位于鹿城區(qū)中心地帶,主要景點(diǎn)包括南塘河、南塘風(fēng)貌街、白鹿洲公園、文化村、莊頭濱水公園。南塘河及南塘街均有千年歷史,有豐富的文化底蘊(yùn),且文化村內(nèi)擁有谷超豪故居,全面展示了溫州“數(shù)學(xué)之鄉(xiāng)”的特點(diǎn)和風(fēng)采。溫州“印象南塘”景區(qū)資源豐富,文商旅等特色產(chǎn)業(yè)勃勃興起,但“印象南塘”景區(qū)文化旅游資源的開發(fā)則相對(duì)滯后。“印象南塘”是溫州新一批精品景區(qū)的杰出代表,它所承載的歷史文化成為極具溫州地方特色的文化流派,它將自然與人文、文化與旅游、居住與游憩、時(shí)尚與記憶完美融合,既是溫州人城市記憶的生活片區(qū),又是外來游客游憩休閑的度假勝地!坝∠竽咸痢本皡^(qū)已先后投入25億元用于景區(qū)資源保護(hù)和景觀提升。景區(qū)保護(hù)制度健全,執(zhí)行到位,景區(qū)的建設(shè)與管理嚴(yán)格按照溫州市文物保護(hù)管理、生態(tài)保護(hù)及文化保護(hù)相關(guān)法律法規(guī)及政策執(zhí)行,確保了自然生態(tài)與文化保護(hù)到位。“印象南塘”景區(qū)所在區(qū)域是溫州歷史文化精華區(qū),也曾是現(xiàn)代文明城市的瘡疤區(qū),通過大量保護(hù)利用工程建設(shè)和社會(huì)投入,現(xiàn)在的“印象南塘”已成為綜合性、多樣化的文化休閑旅游區(qū)。本文通過對(duì)“印象南塘”景區(qū)文化旅游資源開發(fā)的研究,對(duì)文化旅游產(chǎn)品的開發(fā)有重要的理論意義和實(shí)踐意義。本文采用體驗(yàn)及觀察、文獻(xiàn)研究、調(diào)查、訪問等方法對(duì)景區(qū)進(jìn)行研究。本文的成果如下:一、分析自然環(huán)境、景區(qū)內(nèi)各項(xiàng)目的歷史及現(xiàn)狀等因素對(duì)溫州“印象南塘”的影響。依據(jù)“印象南塘”發(fā)展的特點(diǎn),推出景區(qū)的發(fā)展目標(biāo)及功能定位理念。二、通過對(duì)資源開發(fā)中景區(qū)管理體制問題、景區(qū)管理缺失、和不到位、旅游交通問題、游覽方面問題、旅游安全方面問題、衛(wèi)生方面問題、智能WiFi上網(wǎng)方面等出現(xiàn)的問題,做出對(duì)景區(qū)發(fā)展的建議。三、通過實(shí)地調(diào)研、案例實(shí)證分析,對(duì)景區(qū)內(nèi)商業(yè)性質(zhì)店鋪進(jìn)行現(xiàn)狀分析,并得出景區(qū)內(nèi)商業(yè)店鋪發(fā)展不足的原因。與溫州市區(qū)其他幾個(gè)商圈進(jìn)行對(duì)比得出對(duì)策建議。四、通過實(shí)地調(diào)研、案例實(shí)證分析,分析景區(qū)內(nèi)蘊(yùn)含的溫州歷史的文化特點(diǎn),并對(duì)景區(qū)內(nèi)文化亮點(diǎn)進(jìn)行分析得出結(jié)論。五、對(duì)景區(qū)內(nèi)部、外部交通方面分析及景區(qū)設(shè)施設(shè)備及網(wǎng)站服務(wù)方面分析,結(jié)合實(shí)踐項(xiàng)目探討其對(duì)景區(qū)建設(shè)的影響。六、對(duì)景區(qū)旅游發(fā)展的SWOT分析,分析其優(yōu)勢(shì)、劣勢(shì)、機(jī)遇、挑戰(zhàn),并給景區(qū)將來的發(fā)展提出建議。
