【摘要】：近年來我國園林景觀建設(shè)取得了很大的成就,人們的生活環(huán)境大為改善。但在飛速的發(fā)展過程中,園林景觀的建設(shè)也出現(xiàn)了盲目追逐現(xiàn)代文明,片面地接受西方園林設(shè)計(jì)思潮的弊端,造成我國現(xiàn)代城市景觀缺乏文化底蘊(yùn)和城市特色,極大破壞了城市原有特色風(fēng)貌；同時(shí)地域文化的主體意識(shí)逐漸淡化,地域間的文化差異性開始削弱甚至消失,失去了自身的可識(shí)別性和人們對(duì)特殊文化的心理歸屬感。因此,提出在景觀設(shè)計(jì)中表現(xiàn)地域文化特色,得出科學(xué)合理的地域文化景觀設(shè)計(jì)的表達(dá)手法,對(duì)于我國城市園林景觀的建設(shè)和景觀行業(yè)的發(fā)展有著極為重要的意義。通過對(duì)大量文獻(xiàn)資料的收集和整理,將地域文化、批判性地域文化、場(chǎng)所精神等相關(guān)基本概念梳理總結(jié),并作為本論文的重要理論支撐基礎(chǔ)。通過對(duì)地域文化景觀表達(dá)的相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行閱讀、分析和歸納,總結(jié)出在景觀設(shè)計(jì)中合理、有效地表達(dá)地域文化的原則、手段、方式和載體；通過對(duì)地方史料文獻(xiàn)的收集、整理,系統(tǒng)地梳理了瀘州酒文化發(fā)展的歷史和酒文化興盛的原因,分析、提煉出瀘州酒文化中可供利用的景觀表達(dá)要素,并根據(jù)以上要素探討其作為瀘州地域文化的核心內(nèi)容在瀘州市城市園林景觀建設(shè)中設(shè)計(jì)手法和表現(xiàn)載體,以達(dá)到塑造具有瀘州地域文化特色的城市園林景觀的目的；最后結(jié)合實(shí)際案例瀘州長江濱江公園和瀘州國窖廣場(chǎng),通過實(shí)地調(diào)研、考察、分析、討論,總結(jié)二者在對(duì)瀘州酒文化的表達(dá)過程中存在的的問題并提出相應(yīng)的解決辦法。在上述基礎(chǔ)上得出如下主要結(jié)論：1.在現(xiàn)代園林景觀設(shè)計(jì)中,表達(dá)地域文化具有一定的原則、手法和景觀載體。首先要以尊重當(dāng)?shù)卦械淖匀毁Y源和具有特色的人文因素為基本原則,其次要充分挖掘當(dāng)?shù)靥赜形幕木?形成具有景觀意義的設(shè)計(jì)語言和設(shè)計(jì)內(nèi)容,使用直接表達(dá)、隱喻象征、場(chǎng)景再現(xiàn)、抽象表達(dá)、創(chuàng)新融合等設(shè)計(jì)手段,采用建筑、小品、雕塑、鋪裝、植物、色彩等要素作為景觀載體,從而形成既不與傳統(tǒng)文化脫節(jié)又不脫離世界園林景觀發(fā)展節(jié)奏的新型景觀形式。2.瀘州酒文化有著漫長的歷史和廣博高深的釀造技藝,千百年來為后世遺留下的歷史文化遺產(chǎn)深刻地影響著瀘州的城市發(fā)展,是城市特色塑造的靈魂,是瀘州地域性文化的核心內(nèi)容。文章通過實(shí)地調(diào)研與文獻(xiàn)綜合分析,厘清瀘州酒文化的歷史發(fā)展脈絡(luò)：瀘州酒文化始于商周,發(fā)于秦漢,興于唐宋,盛于明清,每一時(shí)期都有其重要的發(fā)展成果,對(duì)于瀘州城市園林景觀設(shè)計(jì)營造具有地域特色的景觀有著重要的意義；瀘州酒文化源遠(yuǎn)流長,經(jīng)久不衰并非偶然,良好的地理環(huán)境、適宜的氣候溫度、肥沃的土壤、優(yōu)質(zhì)的水源、充足的的釀酒原料、優(yōu)越的糧食質(zhì)量以及長期以來的政策扶持是瀘州酒業(yè)興盛的原因；瀘州歷史上流傳著諸多文人墨客留下的歌詠瀘州美酒的詩歌,是瀘州城市發(fā)展和地域文化景觀建設(shè)的寶貴財(cái)富。3.瀘州市區(qū)內(nèi)兩處已建成的以酒文化為主題的且最具代表性的實(shí)際案例(瀘州市長江濱江公園和瀘州市國窖廣場(chǎng))存在諸多景觀表達(dá)方式上的問題。文章分別對(duì)二者的設(shè)計(jì)內(nèi)容和設(shè)計(jì)手法進(jìn)行,總結(jié)出前者所存在酒文化表達(dá)過程中載體欠缺、手法單一,表現(xiàn)內(nèi)容雜亂、缺乏有機(jī)條理以及使用者參與度不夠的問題；后者則存在酒文化表現(xiàn)內(nèi)容過少,作為瀘州酒文化的傳播基地缺乏文字性解說,游覽者難以深刻理解瀘州酒文化的問題,并針對(duì)上述問題歸納總結(jié)出具有一定針對(duì)性和可操作性的解決措施,為塑造有瀘州地域特色的園林景觀設(shè)計(jì)提供了思路和方法。
[Abstract]:In recent years , the landscape construction of our country has made great achievements , and people ' s living environment has improved greatly . However , in the course of rapid development , the construction of landscape landscape has also witnessed the blind pursuit of modern civilization .
At the same time , the main body consciousness of the regional culture gradually sinks , the cultural differences between the regions begin to weaken and even disappear , the self - recognizability and the psychological belonging to the special culture are lost . Therefore , it is very important for the construction and the landscape industry development of the urban landscape architecture in our country to summarize the relevant basic concepts such as regional culture , critical region culture and place spirit , and summarize the relevant documents expressing the region cultural landscape , and summarize the principles , means , methods and carriers which are reasonable and effective in the landscape design .
Through the collection and arrangement of the local historical materials , the paper systematically combs the history of the development of Luzhou - wine culture and the causes of the flourishing of the wine culture , analyzes and extracts the elements of the landscape expression which can be used in Luzhou - state wine culture , and probes into the design methods and expression vectors in the construction of Luzhou area culture as the core content of Luzhou area culture , so as to achieve the purpose of shaping the landscape of the city with the characteristics of Luzhou area culture ;
Based on the comprehensive analysis of field investigation and literature , the author concludes that : 1 . In the design of modern landscape landscape , there are some principles , techniques and landscape carriers .
Luzhou - style wine culture has a long history , it is not by chance , good geographical environment , suitable climate temperature , fertile soil , high - quality water source , abundant wine - making raw materials , superior grain quality and long - term policy support is the reason for the prosperity of Luzhou Jiuye ;
In Luzhou history , there are many kinds of poems in Luzhou City . It is the precious wealth of Luzhou city development and regional cultural landscape construction .
In the latter , there is too little content of wine culture , as the transmission base of Luzhou - wine culture lacks the textual explanation , the tourists can hardly understand the problem of Luzhou - wine culture , and summarize the solving measures with certain pertinence and maneuverability aiming at the above - mentioned problems , and provide ideas and methods for shaping the landscape design with Luzhou area characteristics .
